Worst ever experience

Worst ever experience. Bought a brand new watch 5th july 2024, order #11798, reception the watch doesn't work. Sent back from France to Spain on the 2 august. They refuse cancelling order and refund they send me photos of an ruined watch witch is not mine. I ask for warranty and ask repair in original factory in germany. They agree ask link DHL to follow, they lied the watch as not leave spain. Finally i receive my watch after 3 months ! and 63 mails ! Flee this shop at any price.
