We had a great time visiting Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side. The one day visit which started from our hotel in Rio de Janeiro in the morning and ended with returning to the same hotel in the night went according to plan without any hitches. Our thanks to Walter who made all the arrangements for the visit.

We booked experience months before our trip from Australia. The day before our booked ride we were advised the boats were unable to run that day & offered a reschedule to the following day. We agreed, changed our travel plans only to have booking cancelled & refunded without explanation. When asked, we were told boats weren’t running which was untrue as we were actually watching them at the time. When we pointed out this fact all contact was cutoff. Had to chase up refund of service fees. Very poor experience. Edit: thanks for your response but we did not request cancellation - it was done automatically & without explanation until we followed up. And again the boats were clearly running from the opening of the park & before our scheduled booking.

Our Iguazu Falls trip was great! A highlight of our time in South America. Jorge was a great guide. We arrived not knowing much about the falls, so we had to rely on Jorge to drive the itinerary which took a little prompting on our part. We did not realize that we would be so far from a city with restaurants, so be prepared to eat at the park lodge (which was pretty good).

The Falls are SPECTACULAR! An incredible experience! Don't miss them from both sides. Devil's Throat ....AMAZING!!!
The Boat trip under the falls great fun... The film took a while to come but is well worth buying and includes still photos. Chase company if late.

I had such a good time at Iguazu.
It is stunningly beautiful and the power of the water is awesome.
Junior, who was our guide on the Argentina side, was excellent, and very helpful. He kept in touch with the boat trip team as there was some question if it would happen (water levels), took me to get the tickets and show me where to board, and really looked after me.
Marcelo, who took us to Brazil, was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with.
I must also add a note about the drivers. They were fabulous and obviously work very closely with the guides, and do everything they can to make sure you get to where you need to be.
So thank you for providing me with an excellent tour of such a wonderful natural phenomenon.
I have already recommended you to several people and will continue to do so.

The tour in its entirety was well organized, from pick up to drop off at our hotel. Taking the Iguazu Falls Tour on the Brazilian side was a spectacular experience…from the balcony to the Devil’s Throat, the 1.5 trail offered us a panoramic view of the falls, allowed us to view the falls at different angles, hence great for photos. It entailed a lot of walking and climbing, yet it was worth the experience. For my family, the Iguazu Falls is indeed a natural wonder…another destination that’s been ticked off our bucket list.

The location is fantastic and the scenery exquisite. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Travel to Iguazu from Buenos Aires was easy and direct. We made transfer arrangements from the airport to our hotel in advance. Our two night stay at Gran Melia could not have been more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is superb. We enjoyed amazing views of the falls from our room, and everywhere else throughout the hotel and its grounds. A short, simple walk brought us up close to even more amazing and breathtaking views. One of the most memorable resort experiences we’ve had.

The day trip from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls was fantastic!
The transfers to and from the hotel to AEP airport were great. They were reliable and on time even though we caught an earlier flight back to Buenos Aires which changed the pickup time.
Your agent, Walter Guiterriz coordinated the original booking with me, and he was very professional and responsive. He also helped with the last-minute change to the return pick up time due to the earlier flight. Our local guide at the Falls was very knowledgeable and guided us such that we avoided large crowds. Overall, it was well organized, seamless and went as planned. The Falls exceeded expectations and making the trip was well worth it. Highly recommend!

We wanted the 2 day tour but was only able to reach the Fall at 1:00pm. Lucia suggested doing the Brazilian side on the first day as there is only one circuit here leaving a full day to explore the various circuits on the Argentinian side plus the boat ride. Everything worked out well. The transfers from hotel/airport was smooth and the driver was waiting for us every time. Our guide Cesar for the 2 days was great. He was friendly, punctual and knows the ins and out so we spent minimal time crossing the border. The schedule and pace he set for us was just right as we were seniors. We were not disappointed with this 2 day tour and saw and experienced what we came to see. We also attended the Tango and dinner show at the Iguazu Grand and was seated right in front of the stage.

It was one of the best worldwide experiences we have ever had. The view of the falls from above was spectacular. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Our guide Walmuza was the best. She met us on arrival an the airport and from there she took us to our hotel, the falls on both the Argentina and Brazil sides and back to the airport. She helped us navigate the crowds. She was a wealth of information. She was always on time. Thank you Walmuza!

We have returned from what turned out to be a wonderful vacation in and around South America. Perhaps the top highlight was the side trip to Iguazu Falls with expert help from Francisco at RipioTurismo. I cannot express adequately how pleased we were with the entire experience working with him. His prompt responses to our many questions (which is a very big thing), explanation of the details and coordination of logistics – from the door of our hotel in BA all the way back to that same door – was top notch and extremely professional.
Really special about the entire trip to Iguazu was our guide Eder Dorneles. As you know, even if all the logistics work, the performance of the guide can either enhance or spoil the entire project. Eder was loaded with interesting information about the Falls as well as both Argentina and Brazil. He was very personable, his English was exceptional (particularly for us older, hard of hearing folks!) and he seamlessly guided us through the logistics of getting into and out of Brazil as well as providing tips as we traversed both national parks. We could not have had a better guide.

We can honestly say that from our standpoint, it was a flawless confirmation of our decision to select RipioTurismo to make this adventure come true.

Total disaster, and not worth it. Much better (and cheaper) to simply book on our own and remove the stress and uncertainty working with this company.

Booked a 2 day trip through this company. The company assured me that they handled all logistics, had all the information needed, and that we were all set several weeks before the trip. Then as the trip was approaching, the issues started! The itinerary and included pieces of the tour changed several times. They requested last-minute very important traveler information after we were already overseas with little access to email (which should have been our cue that they were not organized or had our trip in mind). And then we could not go on the Brazil side of the tour due to the company not informing/helping with any set up for Visas.

The tour was amazing! From start to finish, everything was well organized including transportation, the tour guide and attractions. Everything went very well without any issues at all except the weather was not cooperative, otherwise it would be perfect. We were lucky to have Junior as our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend IguazuFall company to anyone who are interested to visit Iguazu Falls.

This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at Iguazu Falls, absolutely exhilarating and worth every penny. The service was excellent, and the staff were highly professional, making the entire experience seamless and memorable

Such a great experience, I must do when at the falls! I did the boat ride from the Argentinian side, which I believe has an additional waterfall compared to the Brazilian side. My only takeaway is DO NOT BUY from this site! The experience itself is amazing, but I paid at least 60% MORE on this website compared to the prices at the park booths and even just by going directly through Iguazu Jungle website. Gran Ventura is great, but do yourself a favour and just go early into the park to purchase the tickets or go to tickets.IguazuJungle

This tour was incredible! From start to finish, everything was arranged - all the transportation, the guides, the attractions. All went off without a single issue. Every single person involved was courteous and professional. The views of the falls are not to be missed. Highly recommend.
