I purchased the iHealth Blood Pressure Monitor and it works great! I love the capability of storing my readings in a variety of formats so my healthcare providers can see my activity. This past weekend there was a software glitch that prevented me saving my readings. It was a weekend and I didn’t expect my issue to be fixed…I was wrong. The support team fixed the issue on a
Sunday. Thank you! Randy

GOOD WEBSITE TO RECORD BP AND GLUCOSE DETAILS ON THE WEB

I bought their blood pressure cuff on Amazon. It has worked fine. One of the reasons I chose it was that they have an app for my phone that can record the history. However the app does not store it locally, and, if the company's server is unavailable, doesn't store it at all. I had been using it for months without reading the instructions. When I happened to read them, they were garbage. And I found that Amazon no longer carries it, and doesn't even allow it to be reviewed any longer. When I pointed out the problem with the instructions the first response had nothing to do with my complaint. However my snide response to THAT caused someone with a brain to actually READ what I wrote, and they fully acknowledged my valid criticisms. This last interaction makes me optimistic that they will get their act together. Please note that the unit has always worked properly, and I rather like it.

As a help desk I know that you get lots of complaints, I just want to make my opinion known.
I think that the iHealth 5508T that I own is wonderful! Easy to use, accurate and reliable. The software it comes with is excellent. My doctor loves that I can show him the history of my blood pressure. I like it because it is convenient.

Just received my pulse oximeter model PO3. it was very easy to set up using the app. Can hold 100 test or you can upload to their app which is easy to use. it is bright and easy to see the readings. It says that it comes with a lanyard, but that has changed and they no longer do that so you’ll have to buy one if you want. No big deal.
I have never seen a business on the Internet that has got better support than Ihealth has.

Due to a recent update, the iHealth app was not allowing me to save my BP readings. Nor could I log in after logging out. So I emailed customer service over the weekend. Due to the long holiday weekend, customer service was offline. However by Tuesday, Jade handled the problem very efficiently and fixed my issue within minutes. I am now back online and able to use the app properly once again.

I've had a Core HS6 for over 8 years, once every few years I have issues with the data synch on the app. But their Service Desk always resolves it, with prompt, cordial and efficient service

Had my first issue with my iHealth blood pressure monitor. I emailed them regarding my issue. They (Jade) responded immediately letting me know that there was a network timeout issue in the MyVitals app and that they were working on repairing the issue. By the time I went to respond back to Jade, the issue was already fixed! Very satisfied with customer service.

Received two 5 packs of Covid Rapid Antigen tests both of which had 80% of their 15 month shelf life GONE. That makes them virtually useless to us as we are going on a 5 month trip across the US starting in September. At that point they will have just 1 month of life left. While the CS agent was very pleasant, her answer came down to "that's just the way it is". The fact that they don't let people know on their website that it's a crapshoot regarding how long the test kits will be good for is just wrong.

Update: in response to iHealth responding. What I want is the 105 day “rule” that the company knows about to be public knowledge so the customer knows too. We have the right to make an informed choice, especially since we cannot exchange or return this product.

I ordered 1 iHealth Flu A&B/COVID-19 3-in-1 Rapid Test kit on July 8, 2025 from iHealth. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from them and generally, the expiration dates printed on the package are at minimum 6 months from when I receive the test kits. It’s usually a year.
When I received the package on July 12, 2025, the expiration date is September 16, 2025, barely 2 months before they expire. I looked at the box I had purchased in October of 2024 and the expiration date on that box was September 17, 2025. So the tests I ordered almost a year ago have a longer expiration date than the one I just received. It’s just 1 day, but still longer.
I did not feel that was right, so I contacted customer service, explaining the situation and asked for an exchange of tests that had a longer expiration date.
I was basically told to go pound sand and they can send whatever they want as long as the expiration date is within 105 days of the expiration. But not the expiration on the box, the EXTENDED expiration the FDA allows them to use. None of this about the 105 days is anywhere on their website.
I asked for an exchange and was told they would not do that. I asked for a return and they would not do that either. I asked to escalate to a manager and the same representative, Jade, said they escalated and the manager, who also said the same thing and they closed the ticket and again told me to pound sand.
This company is awful -use another testing kit or at least go to a physical store where you can see the expiration date before purchasing, so you don’t have your money stolen by these crooks.
Customers need to know they could purchase old tests from them and have no recourse.

Last September, I purchased an iHealth Labs Blood Monitoring device on Amazon. Earlier this month, it started displaying error codes and malfunctioning. I reached out to customer support, and their response was outstanding. They quickly identified the issue, submitted a replacement request to the Parts Department, and a new device was shipped the very next day.

Dave was fabulous! He suggested one final “Hail Mary” option to revive my old iHealth Lite scales, and when that failed, he gave me a coupon code to apply toward new ones. He was exceptionally responsive, and managed to easily convey his cheerful, friendly, helpful attitude through email, and stayed in contact through the entire process. That level of customer service is not particularly commonplace, and I was mightily impressed!

The agent who assisted in finding the solution to my issues was patient and knowledgeable. When he didn't know the answer he sought it out from other team members. The problem and solution were found and though the solution took several hours to put into place, he was kind and pleasant the whole time. Also, I love my products - I use two of them and they are easy to use and give me the needed info. I will definitely purchase more items from iHealth, as they become necessary for me.

Despite there being contradictory information between their auto-reply to my e-mail contact, and the answer ultimately provided, they were extremely responsive and thorough. Much appreciated!

The representative that handled my email support request was prompt and efficient in their response and my issue was solved immediately. I hope more companies support would be like Ihealth.
