The positive reviews here must be fake because I had the premium version, and the website is VERY frustrating to use, even with the paid version. I keep getting an almost 80% on jobs that I matched with, although a lot had qualifications that I absolutely did not meet. For example, one job that I was a 77% match for also said that I had 4 qualities that matched, but was missing a whopping 23 others. And that was the case for ALL the jobs. Some even required years of HR and/or required qualifications that I did not have, like bilingualism or Compliance knowledge, but I was told that I was an almost 80%. How?? Also, MOST of these jobs were VERY old, the links were broken (90%), or the positions were already filled. Again, MOST lead to no available jobs. As another review also stated, many of these jobs can be found on other platforms with a quick search, and even when you go to apply, it takes you to the company website to complete the application every time, so there's no integration that makes the process special or more seamless than any other site, like LinkedIn. When you leave the page, they just tell you to let them know that you found them through iHireHR, which does nothing for the paying user. The resume scanner and match feature is a joke. It will tell you that your resume looks great, and then use your resume to “find” you jobs that again, you do not qualify for. And the search and filter features keep resetting when you try to search a location and then filter the jobs, and even when you can get it to work, they do not show you jobs that match your resume as it claim it does. It literally shows all of the same jobs without the resume added. The jobs don't seem to be updated consistently and even the “new” jobs tend to be days/weeks/months old when you actually get to the external application link to apply. Overall, this app is more frustrating to use than LinkedIn, but with worse features. You have a better chance of using LinkedIn or Indeed to type in the roles you are looking for, and even with their free version, you will get a better job match.
