IHOP Reviews 

I visit the Grantsville IHOP at least once a week. I find the service excellent and the restaurant is kept very clean. I try to hit the place on Thursdays when my favorite waitress Tracy is working. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I've noticed her with other customers and she's always smiling and bubbly with them as well. The food is excellent. I've tried just about everything on the menu. Great food and staff! So if you're in the Grantsville area...hit up the very best waitress Tracy and order the sirloin tips. You won't be sorry!!

If I could give them less than 1, I would. Ordered 2 of there value breakfast faves combo for $6.00 each. Ordered a orange juice for my little son and whipped cream on his pancakes. Bill was $18.64 because the watered down O.J. was $5.00 and the whip cream was $1.00. What a scam. Will never go again. Oh, did I say everything was greasy and cold. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I was unhappy with the cheesecake pancakes. I guess I expected alot better. Sorry. I no longer like ihop.

Last week it was Perkins for pancakes and omelet meal..Today same thing only at IHOP Very happy with IHOP meal It was TWICE the size and tasted better..I am now officially a IHOP fan. Sorry Perkins 😞,

Heavenly pancakes, never had anything as good as the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. If there was an IHOP in the Uk, I would never leave. Multiple restaurants offering pancakes but IHOP are the best. Can’t wait to return to America because this is the first place I will visit.

The food was amazing and my server was so sweet.

Went to IHOP on Arlington rd. And the food was great and Zoe was our waitress she was great I have a spouse that can be a little difficult sometimes and we do enjoy going out to eat Zoe was great and I think she knew how my wife was. Zoe waited on her and my wife ended up really liked her if your ever in Akron Ohio on Arlington rd and you have a difficult significant other I'd recommend sitting in ZOE section she's great

Simply Amazing!!! Brenda was very helpful and very nice. They had everything I needed in a bag and gave me service with a smile

Our waitress , Amanda made our dinner exceptional. She was very courteous and helpful.

Undercooked food, dirty silverware and table, asked for no onions got more onions than anything else. Got told the cook was in a mood, other tables not cleaned, trash overflowing. Manager refused to see us.

Avoiding strongly advised.

It was perfectly cooked. And service by Crystal was the best! Always came by and asked if we needed anything else! The atmosphere was great! Thank you I Hop!

They treat their employees unfairly. Don’t care about presentation. Drop your food off and you don’t see them again until they want money from you.

The staff is always working in rhythm with one another it's a great atmosphere and the food is a bonus at this point

Server Iaisha was amazing. Took her time with us and checked on us regularly. Great customer service and experience

Actually the service was fine, but the food was terrible, went to the Langley one beside Hilti and would never go back.

i usually enjoy the ihop food. service was good but I was shocked to see that you (ihop) have the audacity to charge $3.69 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag. Greed is king!!

Love the steak and shrimp the service was great
