Brilliant service and kept me updated with my order great communication would highly recommend this company will def buy from them again

Had an issue with the hover board, Customer services fantastic, response time was excellent and when all avenues explored we couldn't fix so a new unit has been sent to me.

Initially had a few problems with the original scooter, it was sent to the engineer and could not be fixed so after a few emails to work out a solution, I was sent a new upgraded scooter, the customer service was brilliant they went above and beyond to resolve my situation, above all I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again if needed at a later date, thankyou iscooter

Total rip off. The board and kart are working properly. Got in in contact with them and they have said I need to pay £50 for a replacement. It's taken 4 months and now they are saying I can not have a replacement and that I have to go to a workshop and pay to get it repaired and they will refund me. Now I have no confidence in this what so ever. Please stay away.

The hoverboard and go kart attachment are so much fun! Our 9 year old loves it. There was an issue with the seat at first but it was quickly resolved by the company with very fast and efficient customer service.

I Purchased an electric scooter for my four years old from ihoverboard, five months ago. He takes it on the school run and it is always well admired by the other parents. My little boy loves his scooter, it is well made and connects to bluetooth on my phone so he can listen to music while on his scooter. I highly recommend it for youngsters. The scooter is very safe and study. It comes with a ton of stickers for the child to stick on the scooter to make it even more cool. I wanted to wait to see how it goes before I wrote a review and it is still going strong and I am happy to give the scooter 5 stars!

My daughter loves the hoverboard and had lots of fun using it both in our house and in the parks. There was an issue with it but the customer team responded quickly and helped us to make it work. I really recommend this gift for children!

2 IHOVERBOARDS where bought from there website as Christmas presents for our twins....they have worked a total of 1.5hrs since Christmas day 25/12/24 to 18/2/25 full charge and only 15 minutes play time for the kids....ive sent countless emails told to send videos of them not working after full charge and haven't heard back from this company at all...they say uk based but both phone numbers don't work trying to get through to customer services. There was near £600 spent on 2 ihoverboards and an absolute waste of money and time trying to get this company even to reply on the faults or returns....DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM....

There are tons of scooters out there, but this i8 scooter is amazing! I'm so thrilled with the price, and it's just perfect for my little guy. It's super fast and a total blast!

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS! False advertisement products are ALL 100 percent faulty. I paid £300 for a scooter for my sons Xmas he has had 2 weeks use of of this in total as after a week of use the scooter stopped working and was in a shop getting repaired for 6 weeks. Got the scooter back worked for 1 week again and the same thing has happened again. This company is trash and ther products are faulty. The company are no help with repairs at all they are terrible customer service they sell faulty products warning DO NOT BUY go to a proper retailer this company is selling faulty products!

Purchased an i5 in 2023 really happy with it had a problem with scooter motor got in touch company and they replaced it although my guarantee was out replacement

My son loves this H8 - it works great and charges up fast. The battery life isn't quite perfect for him, but otherwise, it's been great. So far, so good!
