Never receive my expensive sweater.

Made an order almost one year ago now. Emailed the company many times with 0 response I realy would like a refund but I guess I'm not getting one.

I had ordered from them before with a massive delay in shipping the products ordered, the quality of the items received was average for the kind of products they create.

Like others who have ordered from this company my order never! arrived! either!, it was supposed to be for a Christmas present, it was ordered 7th Dec 2023 and here we are 07/03/2024 and still nothing as arrived, so disappointed in this company or! are they just a Con, they were quick enough to take the money but still no delivery of my order 3 months after placing it , and yet they confirmed they had received it , have emailed few times asking for update of when I can expect delivery but no reply , stay well clear of this company.

I placed an order over 2 months ago. This has never been received. I have emailed, gone through the chat bot and nothing. Such an awful company and I wish I’d read the reviews. If you ever bother responding I’d like my money back please !

Order never turned up. Has been 2 month's now. I emailed 3 times one to Joshua, a different one stated on original order email and directly on the website too with no reply. Guess i got scammed. Don't recommend.

I ordered from them, order number 13533. Orders said they may take 4-8 weeks. I have been waiting now several months and have sent 3 emails with no reply. This company is a scam, needs to be shut down. I don’t understand how apps like klarna or shop can support them when you see here they are clearly taking people’s money and not providing any goods.

Placed an order with them years ago and loved what I received.
Placed a new order in May this year, spent over £70 and was excited for clothes for festival season.
Once I placed my order the confirmation email said it will take up to 8 weeks, I asked them to cancel 2 of the 3 pieces as it wouldn’t be arriving in time. There was no response.
Has now been over 3 months and the only reply I have had was when I went on their Facebook, commenting publicly. They offered a refund by email and didn’t follow through and have ghosted me again for 3 or more weeks now. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

If I could give 0 stars, this company definitely deserves it! Absolute joker whoever runs this, clearly has no idea what they're doing. Sent numerous emails and chats through the site and received a generic response ONCE! Had to open up a dispute through my bank to get my money back. The site needs taking down

Do not order from this company. They seemed to have abandoned their stores but still accept payments. I've waited over 3 months and have had no response from the company.

I really hate to give a negative review but I literally don't know what else to do at this point to attempt to get someone's attention. It's been 5 months since I placed my order and I've reached out multiple times on every platform I can find. I finally got one response a couple weeks ago asking for clarification of my address and then I've since been ignored again. This is for order #13313 and I would please just like my money refunded.

I placed an order 3/22. The website said it would ship in 4-8 weeks. It’s now 6/8 and nothing. I’ve emailed a bunch and no response. I just want my money back. Order #13352. I’m going to file a chargeback with my bank.

I’ve ordered from these folk twice, once a few years ago before they clearly got in over their heads and once in the last 6 months. My first order was amazing. There clothes are really great, I can’t fault them.

With my most recent order it did take a bit longer than the al ready quite long estimated delivery lead in but I was happy to wait knowing that I really loved the first order. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered came with stains on it. I emailed to ask if I should try washing it to see if they came out. They emailed back right away to say yes please. So when I did and the marks didn’t come out I emailed again asking where I could return the item. And then I emailed again. And again. And again. It’s now been 5 months and I’ve had nothing back.

It’s a real shame because I get compliments on the stuff I have all the time but can’t recommend them knowing the customer service is this bad.

I placed an order on February 18th as a surprise for my fiancée (she was going through a rough time and she ordered from them before and liked what she received). I heard nothing from them regarding dispatch, so I emailed again. Weeks went by and still nothing. I am now a few days away from it being 3 months since the date of ordering, I've sent 4 emails, a ticket on their website, and my fiancé's sent 2 emails too (I had to tell her that her surprise was running late, and ruin it). All in all, this is VERY bad business practice, especially given how he keeps putting site wide sales up on his website. Will be looking into reporting to trading standards due to multiple people being scammed.

I made an order mid January. Told I would be updated when it was dispatched. Never heard anything. Emailed March. Didn’t get a response. Emailed April. Got a response saying they’ll get back to me. It’s now may and I haven’t heard anything back. So have emailed again. Waiting for a reply. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m a single mum and treated myself to an item of clothing that wasn’t cheap! And never received it. And haven’t had a refund or even an explanation as to what’s going on. Will update when/if I receive my order.

Today is April 13th, 2023, I ordered two items on 1/12/23 for $50 and have yet to receive my items. I contacted them on their website chat on February 28th, and March 3rd and they didn't respond until March 11th. They stated that there was a delay and that it would be early April. It still has not been sent and the website says the order is awaiting fulfillment. There is no way to cancel the order online it says you have to each out to them to cancel, but they do not respond. This company has turned off their comments on Instagram and Facebook so that you cannot tell people to stay away!! This is a company that is obviously in over their heads and should not have a website that is taking peoples "orders" and should be shut down! This is theft!

I hate to leave a negative review of a small company but it just isnt on. I Ordered a Christmas present back in November, didnt arrive and no response from the company after countless emails. Ended up going via paypal to get a refund.

Still waiting for my order from the beginning of December, I have tried contacting many times and no reply. I would like my money back which isn't much to ask, however it seems like this isn't an option. I have now contacted trading standards to report this company, reading the comments here it seems like a good idea.

Ordered a Christmas present which has still not arrived, no response from the company about this, lesson learned, won't order from them again

I have ordered multiple items from them over the years and had no issue. Until the latest order. My mum krdered me a jumper for christmas. Have not received anything and no response to my multiple attempts of contact (emails, Instagram, facebook). Very disappointed

I never received my items and they don't respond to my messages. Items were purchased June last year. No contact and no items.
