Didn't receive the product
Ordered and prepayed, but didn't receive any product. Tried to contact the company, but didn't get any response.
Update:
My review on trustpilot triggered the company to respond finally. They claim trying to contact me to inform about order being cancelled. I have not received any information or update previous to their reponce to this review.
I allso didn't get my money back.
A big thanks to Trustpilot, for making things happen.

In your order, there were some designs that were cut and not showing properly. Therefore we paused it, and we have been trying to contact you since. Without any responce.
We have tried contacting you on both of your email addresses, and after a while we cancelled your order and refunded your payment.
If you still want to order these, you can simply reply to one of our emails :)

Updated: In fact, we have tried to contact you several times. First on the email you wrote in your order, which was unvalid. (maybe there was a typo?)
Then on the email you used to contact us afterwards (txxxxxxxxr@hotmail.com) on the 26th of february, at 8.35.
We react to every email that comes in, within 1-2 hours during business hours. Without exceptions.
Regarding your payment, we never withdraw payments before sending the order, so the money never left your account. Please check it, and I am sure you will get this confirmed from your bank statement. (Although we have released it, to prevent us being able to withdraw them at a later time).
If you want your order delivered, I would be happy to help you. If we would have produced the order as you ordered, it would have been useless, so therefore we choice to pause it and wait for you to react. Otherwise it would have been a waste of your money :)
I assure you, everything we do is in the best interest of our customers. We never intentionally fail to reply or deliver the orders we get in.

Very bad quality. It falls off, it falls off in the washing machine and sticks to other clothes.

Hello Mia, and thank you for your reveiw.
I am sorry to hear that the stickers are not working for you. They should and are tested thoroughly up to 50 degrees washing.
If you place them on a surface that cannot be stretched. Usually, and maybe in your case as well, they fall of because they are placed directly in the clothes, and not in the neck label or washing label.
Could that be the reason?
