Unwanted item sent despite trying to cancel order within 5 minutes
I purchased an item which I realised within minutes that I did not have the appliance the item was meant for. I immediately emailed IKOUCH to cancel the order.Instead of replying to my email they went ahead and processed the order and fulfilled it. Now I have a completely useless for me piece of equipment which I don't need. I wish the customer service if it exists actually listens to the customer.

I ordered this productWarning - misleading statements, set does not fit TM6 trusting the…
I ordered this product trusting the ratings and messages on the homepage. But I must make the experience that the equipment doesn't fit at all with the TM6 – the lid does not close. A complaint was answered immediately and a new set was sent, but it was identical to the previous one and therefore still does not fit. Now the money is being refunded. At least. But the statements on the homepage are simply wrong and misleading. Nothing has been tested here, otherwise the set would have to fit. And I dare to doubt whether all the reviews here are genuine.

I had ordered the vegetable cutter for…
I had ordered the vegetable cutter for the Thermomix.
the order came quickly, unfortunately a grating disc was missing. I contacted Ikouch via email and got a response very quickly. I was refunded the money for the disc.
About the product: The vegetable cutter works and cuts all kinds of vegetables.
Unfortunately, the lid doesn't fit that well and you have to press it down, otherwise the Thermomix won't close. I would buy from Ikouch again.
