I found Ikoustic to be very helpful and informative. They were very quick to respond on any questions I had and also very quick to deliver the items. The delivery driver was very friendly and the team checked in on me to ensure all running smoothly along the way!

Recently had renovations with a strong focus to resolving noise issues in a 1908 semi detached property whereby the fabric of the building had been compromised multiple times (previous chimney breasts removal etc)
The initial order was made in preparation using guides online and here I was short on the number of ceiling mute clips as the joist structure vs the example in their guides differed.
In attempting to extend the order with price matching (as original) this was initially declined on the order not being sufficient quantity (as per their T&C's)

However, when it became obvious this was an extension to the original order I not only had a massive apology but they went far beyond as to personally deliver for free at no cost.

On the product I was trying to get the most effective noise reduction whilst loosing as minimal as I could from the lounge/dining. I have lost about 7cm in total from the party wall and none from the ceiling sound proofed (the attempt is to not just block my neighbour but also contain our own noise).

whilst not expecting miracles I can now hear my neighbours when partying more through the patio doors than through the party wall. It is a huge reduction and whilst we can hear screams or cheers on them watching sport we nolonger hear the other noises in between from tv or music and has changed it from not being able to hear our own tv in our lounge and being totally intrusive (my builder thought I was going completely OTT till he heard the neighbours watching a world cup match during teh day and said he had never heard anything so bad in his whole career) to being like background noise down the street that we are no longer party to.

Highly recommend iKoustic although it does mean I now need to consider their solutions on the next two floors.

Good website, very informative with pictures showing you what you may need, followed up by a good customer sales person to talk it through and help with the order. Arrived quickly and is now being installed by my builder who is impressed by the weight and quality of the sound proofing for brick walls. Going on the joining neighbouring walls of a 1930s house. Did upstairs last year now doing downstairs this year with an improved product too. Might do acoustic underlay for the floors next year! Makes a difference in reducing sounds from neighbours.

Excellent service. efficient fast, only have good advice on cheaper option to buy 1/2 rolls of soundtrack instead of full rolls. Also warehouse man lent me a Stanley knife to cut plaster boards in half what a man! Me Christopher pearson

Service was excellent on two orders placed, but delivery by Parcelforce was not as promised, despite text notifications (by Parcelforce, not Ikoustic) on both orders.

iKoustic laid out all the options and helped me decide which was best for our place. Plus, there was really quick delivery and the sound-proofing boards were really easy to install.
