Do not buy from this company as rheh are totally scam !!!!!

Why is there no zero star option? If ever there was a company deserving. My experience is exactly the same as many others. I ordered a product in January and again a couple of weeks later. I expected a delay given my experience with a purchase last year. When I chased I was told to choose something else! 6 and 8 weeks without a word about my 2 orders and I’m expected to trust that they will deliver something else!
Has anybody contacted the CCPC? This company needs to be investigated thoroughly and shut down if stealing from people - personally I feel they have stolen my money.

Terrible experience with this website. Please AVOID to buy from them. I have ordered from them 14/12/2023 they didn’t send the package so I cancelled my order and after 3 months I still haven’t received refund. Disgraceful how they treated their customers. NEVER EVER buying from them again.

Never ever someone buy anything from the company or website is fake the steal people money the give wrong code is a false and fake company

Never buy from this store, it's really a scam. Sells everything and anything, the site is poorly translated and they scammed me:
I bought some food supplements, they took 4 weeks to be SHIPPED, while it announces 1 week of delays, I contacted them and they never, ever answered except the time I started to be threatening.
When the package arrived, it wasn't what I ordered, it's been 5 months, they never refunded me and it was a pretty big sum
Look at the other reviews, they all say the same

Beware dealing with this site, I bought them for $ 114.69. The request was canceled and the amount was not refunded. I tried several times with them to return the amount, and they did not respond.

Ordered and then found they had no stock, still waiting after three weeks to get my money back. Poor service and very poor site. You have been warned.

Please do not waste your time ordering items via this website. They are real scammers

Your service is good till you have to send the order. It is abort a month sinde i ordered, and i have’t recieved my pack yet. I dont Think i Will use your firm again.

Finally I got reply from CS that: sorry your package is just sent out so we cannot cancel it for you.
Yesterday I checked the package was in Spain. Today when I checked again, there is no result found anymore!
I saw also other people complain the same.

Don’t shop here! It is a fraud company!

There are a number of different entries for this company, so I wanted to spread news of my experience, to ensure the message gets across. BEWARE DEALING with this company!!!
If you do, PLEASE ensure;
- Ensure/Check that whatever you ordered is not somehow put on a 'Auto Reorder' entry, so in a months time, they will ship and charge you for the same order!!
- If you have returned an order for whatever reason... be prepared for a ridiculous process, where you log your case on their website, you receive a auto reply to your email address. To reply to their response, you will have to submit a new case on their website.
- Ensure that you DO NOT let them off the hook. Log your cases, get your refund!!
- It is clear from all the reviews for this company, there are some positives, but the majority are sadly, NOT positive. Be smart! Learn from others who have suffered and taken the time to share their experiences here.
REMEMBER.. TO AVOID THIS..... SHOP ELSEWHERE..
Closing update: On May 14 I received a partial refund of €24.75. Presumably for postage of an item I never actually ordered!?! 3 months resolution time because I had to constantly follow-up via a pathetic Customer Service process.THIS is how this company treats its customers.

AVOID LIKE COVID!

Absolute scam, we ordered a number of items totaling over £100 and after waiting for TWO MONTHS they sent us some incorrect generic crap. We asked for a refund and have been told that we need to ship the original order from the UK to SPAIN AT OUR EXPENSE!!!

This is an absolute joke of a company, avoid them at all costs!
