Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service! My mother paid & submitted forms on 11 November 2023 for a Power of Attorney. Despite phoning the office 3 times to chase, her application is still “with the Court”.
Over a year to issue a Power of Attorney?!?!

We understand you frustration in the matter as the timescales involved in getting Power of Attorney in place are long. However, the court services are very far behind due to the sheer volume of applications they have to deal with. Unfortunately, we are not in control of this. If you or your mum wish to call us on 0800 049 9688 and provide your mum's details, (because she is the Client and that's how we can search it) we will be happy to chase this again to see where the POA is with the court - it cannot be far away now as we have many of these granted for applications from 10-11 months ago.

After an initial meeting to get details etc , you are left to do the rest yourself .. considering the amount you pay you would think it would be so much more professional if another personal contact was made to ensure clients got the full process right.
