Scam and fraudulent
I try my best not to listen to the complaints of others because everyone has different view. However, this company does not value customer service at all. I placed an order with them on June 8th and have yet to receive the item I ordered. I've sent several emails and they reply with several responses with not taking accountability or issuing a refund. They constantly blame it on customs and logistics. I contacted all parties involved and each organization informed me they do not have the information that was given to me by ilikehair. ILIKEHAIR uses fraudulent business tactics and marketing to steal from innocent people. Logistics and customs informed me that most businesses will issue a full refund in 30 days. Be careful with this company, the complaints are true.

Ordered a wig on September 5. The wig has not shipped. I attempted ti reach out through the contact email and I requested a refund. They emailed me back and ask if I wanted to pick another wig or go to a store and get a wig. First, if there was a local store in my area with the wig I purchased I would have never used their website. Second if I ask for a refund and you have not shipped the wig. Why not cancel my order and refund me my money. Third, please do not tell me a lie like the reason it has taken so long to ship the wig because you are using good quality hair. False products. Long wait. Decent customer service. July 31 I paid for a sisterlocs wig that was heavily advertised on Instagram and endorsed by trusted influencers. I asked for an ETA via email. No response. Finally got a response via Instagram. Was told I need to wait another three weeks as a week was still being produced. They tried to offer me another wig instead of the one I ordered after waiting for six weeks. They finally decided to issue a refund.

Straw that broke the Camel's back
I didn't do my research because I purchased this kinky Edge wig from this company before and was pleased. They changed the wig completely to a cheaper quality. The wig cap is tighter and the hair is that of a baby doll. I'm so disappointed, in addition, the price increased. I read reviews about returns and I can forget about that. If I could start over, I would check trust pilot reviews and find another company for my wig. Nowadays, the wig companies are hiring these influencers to trick you into liking and wanting to purchase the wigs, however, when you get the wigs it's usually not what we saw on the influencer. This purchase for me was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm done buying these wigs, period.

Seller advertised wig on their website as Celebrity Put on and Go 100% Human Hair Wig
The wig I received is a Synthetic wig with limp flat curls , shedding a lot of hair .
The wig is shapeless which means you still need to take it to a hair salon and pay through the nose to get it styled
I complained and they kept on asking me to send pictures
I put a one star review on their website with my complaint and they deleted my review
They have false reviews and pictures on their website which says the quality of the wigs are very good
Please Do Not Believe This it is a lie , scam and fraud
I also thought I was dealing with a US company but they actually send you fake wigs from China
They asked me to send wig back and all their shipping handling charges would have eaten up all the refund owed .
I was lucky that I paid through PayPal but I had to prove my case by sending PayPal all the evidence of emails and photos to show that I recieved a synthetic wig when I paid for a 100% human hair wig.
This company is a scam and they do everything not to give you a refund
They scammed me on 7 July and I note that they are still scamming people from review of 30 July here

This company is a scam. The wigs come from Jerry Yasfbara, at 9208 Charles Smith Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga CA and they seller will not give you your money back on a return. The pictures on the wigs are pictures from LUVME sites and are FAKE. The customer service is terrible. SCAM, SCAM do not order from this site

Delivered to wrong address won’t refund
They sent it through one carrier service, then switched it to another. I sent them evidence showing that they delivered it to the wrong address. They gave me the runaround. I still have yet to receive my wig and I’m out of $300.

I got a used smelly cheap wig and they blamed me!
The wig box was damaged, the wig had no shape, it had a smell and greasy feel on the. I was not even packed right. The packing tissue paper was not on the wig and the netting for the wig was not on it either. Also the style does not look like the video. I have been emailing and writing bad reviews on their instagram and they keep erasing my comments. I sent pics to show what I got. They told me to return the wig. I do and then they send me pics of a different wig and tell me I cut it and no refund. So they have the wig and my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I got a reply and still no resolution. WHAT I SENT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE AND STILL NOTHING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Again I have tried several times to get a resolution about the wig that I received and mailed back. I am still waiting for someone to make good on this issue or I will continue to write bad reviews until something is done.
I mailed an unused wig to you after I sent a pic that you authorized as good to send. You then send me back a pic that is not accurate and keep my money and the wig. How is this fair. I ordered 3 wigs from this business and then the wigs came in and didn’t meet my satisfaction as they were not fitting well in my head.. I contacted them to let them know that I need to return and get a refund, these people replied by saying that I should send pics to see if they were still good (never worn) I sent them pictures. After receiving pictures these people never got back to me and I kept sending emails non stop to follow up cause I knew they were buying time so they can come back and say exchange or refund time has passed. And during that time these people only sent 2 wigs out of the 3 that I ordered. Funny enough while they were ignoring my emails for the returns they sent me the 3 wig after I also wrote that they didn’t even sent the full order. All my emails about requesting a shipping label back to them were ignored since the month of MAY now this JULY thy came back and told me that refund time has passed/expired.
