Updated review shed arrived and it was worth the short extra wait

Just wanted to update my review after being let down last Monday today as promised I Like Sheds delivered my new shed as promised and it was worth the wait. Chiara couldn’t of been more helpful arranging for delivery a week later and was very apologetic. The shed is super quality and very easy to assemble Pent 6x 8 potting shed. Thanks so much for delivering on Your promise I couldn’t be happier now. Semi

I AM FUMING

I AM FUMING. I received no confirmation email for my shed, no contact, nothing! I ordered my shed on the 27th may, I understand the current situation and and there may be delays but I have had NO CONTACT! I’m starting to think this is a scam and I am days away from contacting the fraud department!

Upset is an understatement

I would firstly like to say how upset I am regarding my delivery of my summer house in which I personally choose my date for delivery because of my work commitments, being a key work and having to work through this terrible covid virus I've managed to get a few days this week 7th july to take the delivery, I have now been informed that my delivery has been change to the 23rd of july and not through email but because I happen to ring today 6/7/20 to get confirmation of the time for the 7th july, as you can understand I'm very upset with this.

Despite numerous emails and phone calls…

Despite numerous emails and phone calls ( of which none were answered ) I ordered a shed on 27th of may and still no response , I get the whole Covid issue , but general courtesy costs nothing 😡😡

No communication!

Ordered a shed for an important job on 1st June that needed to be completed be the end of the month. Was told 1-10 working days delivery on confirmation email. Now at 26th June and no indication of delivery, have emailed there help address and not received any reply and apparently no one in the offices to answer calls. Understand these are testing times but the customer service and lack of communication is shocking. If I get no response by Monday I will be cancelling the order and looking elsewhere, unfortunately the job I need to do is now very much delayed much to the unhappiness of my customer.

If I could give zero I would I ordered in April and still no delivery. YOU CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE EMAILS OR RETURN CALLS. I am beginning to wonder if I need to contact trading standards as not sure if it's a SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S IT. I RING EVERYDAY AND CAN CONTACT NO ONE.

3 months and still waiting for the shed!!!

This is the second review as I have still not received my shed 3 months later. Having received an email 4 weeks ago to say it was coming in two weeks!! and now its double that again. This company is either a scam to take your money or doesnt have the product. No refund has been offered and Im sat here chasing every week for something that may or may not be real. It is more than dissappointing, especially when the partner site manomano is advertising on the TV!!!!

10x8 garden shed

We purchased the 10x8 garden shed. Delivered within time frame but the instructions that came with it did not correspond to the shed we had purchased.
Shed is of poor quality, panels bowed and nail gun was on too high a setting so the punched holes in the wood, some nails had gone all the way through leaving the panels lose.
It took us 2 days to build due to the problems we occurred and having to put things right.
Sent 2 emails of complaint - no response
I finally got hold of them in in-line chat, sent pictures of damage and problems, the response I got was
“The images shown look like the standard characteristics of our product, if you are having issues with gaps in the panels i suggest trying to drive the screws in further“
I find this unacceptable

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a shed 3 weeks ago. I cannot get hold of them on phone - wasted numerous hours trying to get through, have sent several e-mails which just get ignored.
If I can get hold of them I will cancel as they clearly are not legitimate in their approach - shocking way to behave in these times!

Avoid this company at ALL costs

Absolutely appalling company to have had the misfortune of dealing with. Ordered a shed now over 10 weeks ago, and yes lets accept COVID-19 and lockdown has affected all of us and companies have had a hard time of it. This fact accepted the company are keen and eager to take your money (alot of it as well) and advise delivery times may be affected due to the lockdown. So 7-10 days as advertised you don't expect that time frame to be met. BUT 10 weeks and promise after promise of delivery led to a threat of cancellation last week whereupon after speaking to a manager in the sales team as lets face it attempting to get any contact from the supposed delivery team (does that department even exist) is like getting blood from a stone, I had a GUARANTEED delivery for 13th June and you guessed it no delivery no call to say there are problems yet another day of my valuable time wasted waiting for something that I should have known better then to believe in the first place. Net result as soon as I can get one of these cowboys to even answer the phone the cancellation will be immediate and I will source my new shed from a reputable company that gives a monkeys about their customers. I am not one for leaving bad reviews I appreciate things go wrong and invariably it is how they are resolved . . .this company has no desire to try and resolve anything just want to take your money and fob you off again and again and again. If anybody reads these reviews please take head AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE it will only lead to frustration and a distinct rise in your blood pressure.

Have to add I love the way they offer a discount on your next purchase. . . like anyone unfortunate to attempt one purchase would EVER buy anything again . . . must be the most underused offer on the internet !!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely appalled by this company you order in good faith and they take your money but you hear nothing again. Ordered a shed on 11 May and was told delivery date was 11 June which I accepted due to the lockdown however having heard nothing since, have been trying to contact them, sent emails and left messages on the sales number line because if you ring on the delivery line they just tell you to email them, I am now trying to cancel this order and get a refund. Is this company genuine because I‘m seriously beginning to wonder if this is all one big con and they are fraudulent. If I’ve not heard from them by Monday 15 June then it’ll be phone calls to the police and Trading Standards. Do not place any orders with this company.

56 days later and no shed.

56 days later and no shed.

After 56 days (36 working days) and with very little correspondence from the company, I have cancelled the order.

I ordered a shed on the 12th April, made adjustments to order on the 15th April but heard nothing from them, even after chasing five days later for confirmation.

After being informed it would take 10 days to deliver (website states 7 to 14 for the South west) I was happy to give them slack due to the lock down.

My patience gave in, and went to cancel the order on the 30th May. Very helpful lady on the phone said she'll see if she can get a delivery date if that was okay with me. Fine. Delivery date for Sunday the 7th June; just one more week for the mythical shed to arrive - what did I have to lose!

So that was a no show. Order cancelled.

In fairness, as I'm writing this just after cancelling the order they did call back and say they are running a day behind and they can get here for tomorrow, the 9th.

For those with a keen head for mathematics, they will realise this is two days behind, not one. Unsurprisingly I didn't take them up on the offer as I simply don't trust them. If they know they're running a late, why don't they simply can call and update their customers?

Awful company

Bought and paid for a shed April 23rd.Still waiting! No communication, explanation or apology from this company. If you ring and press for customer service or delivery enquiries all you get is a recorded message telling you to email them, however if you press the sales option somebody will answer!
I spoke to someone a few weeks ago asking when our shed was going to be delivered, person was really unhelpful, just said that expected delivery dates are now longer than when we placed the order. Have emailed since, still no response.
Have rung them again today, they may have recognised my number from previous call to them, nobody answered, just a message to say they will return my call later.
If I hear nothing in next day or so I will be posting on social media and contacting Watchdog about this company , they have taken our money but supplied nothing, feel as though we have been robbed.

Been waiting for my shed since the…

Been waiting for my shed since the start of the lockdown.
Paid extra to have it delivered on time.
Been told the shed is in Bedford and they cannot get a delivery slot.
No updates or understanding of when I will get my shed.
ITS been TWO MONTHS!!!!
Unacceptable customer service.

Terrible company paid for a shed in…

Terrible company paid for a shed in April absolutely no contact from them at all, tried ringing where it says all our operatives are busy, (numerous times) i have emailed again numerous times and again no response. I am sure these people are not even there, my advice steer clear of this company. I suspect the positive reviews are false!

Waiting forever and 25days

Bought and paid for shed in march 10 to 15 days delivery as was in stock waited no shed. Checked website it had changed to 25 days for delivery.
Emailed 2days later got email all it said was 25 working days monday to friday lead on this item.
Well if it had said that I wouldn't have bought it was my reply.
Emails back and forth for another 3 weeks.
Then on website adverts changed back to 10 to 15 days for delivery again as this point I asked for a refund that was quickest part of my ordeal.

Thoroughly disappointed with customer…

Thoroughly disappointed with customer services. Can't get through by phone in last two weeks. Have emailed three times now. Shed ordered before 14th april and delivery. Should have been 24th April. They upgraded us to better quality shed but we are still waiting and I shall be asking for refund if they do not respond next week. Will also report to trading standards if money not refunded. Suggest you look elsewhere for sheds rather than this website until the reviews show improvement.
Update 20th June. The company wrote a response to my review and emailed me on 9th June to say they would delivered and install our shed on 18th June. 18th June came along.... No shed, no phone call, no email. Have sent two emails asking for a refund. No response. Phoned them, no one picking up call. An absolute joke of a service. If refund does not come, will be reporting to trading standards. I would stay away from this company until the reviews improve. You have been warned.

UPDATE; after three request for a refund I did not get it but they delivered last Thursday and I am satisfied with the shed. The rating I gave, Sats the same as there is much to be desired from the way they run the business and loads of room to improve on communication.

Ordered a playhouse on their website…

Ordered a playhouse on their website that clearly said “in stock”. After hearing nothing for over 2 weeks I contact the company for an update. I get a reply 3 days later saying “sorry we can’t get it anymore we’ll refund you” In total it took them 19 days to tell me they can’t supply something they never had in the first place. Avoid this company if you can.

Bought a shed 5 weeks ago no…

Bought a shed 5 weeks ago no communication at all I appreciate things are slower but to have no communication at all is shocking I am getting the feeling that we have kissed goodbye to over 700 pounds they dont answer calls dont answer emails and we are left none the wiser avoid at all costs
