We ordered lights back in May and only just putting them up now - this is partly our fault for not checking but the lights are plastic !

On the website it doesn’t state what made out of - very misleading - assumption was glass

Very disappointed. Arrived promptly but was a VERY cheap copy of a well known designer that looked nothing like the picture or description. How they can call themselves designer lighting is beyond me. Complained and got a full refund, which to their credit arrived quickly. So if your order arrives and it’s not as expected do not allow them to catch you with return courier or re-stocking charges. Simply put, they are not providing products as described, instead they are cheap “versions”.

Initially I was disappointed that I have to wait for the 2nd part of my order. But the wait has been worth it. They look amazing now that they are up I ordered 2 different sizes which do a perfect job.
Quite a complex fitting process No instructions came with the product so lots of patience and trial and error required.

Love the different designs they have.
Always kept up to date with order and delivery .Arrived early than first predicted. Message to say where parcel left as not home . Would order again

I thought the product was Glass.... Its plastic rubbish. Junk!! Garbage .. Threw the 3 lights in the skip. Robbed!!

Beautiful lava lights! Great customer service - will be a returning customer for certain.

Items took over 3 months to arrive. Had to pester on social media to see what was happening.

Brought for my new flat didn't realise till I moved in I needed 2 lights so had to order and extra. Not very happy the price had increased by £30.

Delivery was really quick and I was notified by email and text of when to expect the lights. The lights were packaged really well and arrived in good condition even though the box was slightly damaged. Cotton gloves were supplied to handle the lights and avoid scratching them when installing them. Due to previous reviews I’d read I knew they were acrylic and not glass, so this was not an unpleasant surprise. Overall I’m happy with the product, although I feel they are overpriced. I can’t fault delivery, packaging or communication.

Ordered the lights from ILite and they were supposed to arrive within two weeks. Had to wait for them for a further 3 weeks. Lights arrived well packaged but they were very plasticky and looked cheap so we decided to return them. The company accepted the return but withheld 10% as 'handeling fee'. This was very disappointing especially as we returned the lights in the original packaging and the second light was not even opened. Just wanted to alert anyone who is buying from this company that they do not refund the whole amount.

I was apprehensive about ordering having read a number of previous reviews and decided to opt to pay through Klarna for an added layer of security. The order arrived within a day or two of placing the order and we are so pleased with the pendant lights we purchased.
