The light is beautiful. And once I contacted the company delivery was super speedy. 2 issues:
1) excessive and horrendously polluting packaging. Has taken 5 bin bags to dispose of and will now go into landfill. Come on iLite!! This is 2021 - find some recyclable packaging.
2) no instructions for linking up the flex (European/international 2 wire system) with the UK standard 3 wire system. No instructions??? What if I blow myself up??

Ordered silver lava lamp over a week ago and had no contact from company in regards to receiving item.
I have just contacted them and informed that I will receive the order in 2-3 weeks
This will mean that I ordered the light fitting and will receive it in a month

Not happy I’m the service or lack of service
Disappointed in company.

I ordered my lights over the phone and received them within 48 hours.

We were looking for lights to decorate our new home. Our niece recommended iLite. We met Sunita who was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. With her guidance we purchased three silver lava pendant lights.We are delighted with her suggestion as they look stunning in our kitchen. Thank you Sunita. We have also ordered a pendant for our hallway....I am sure that will be fabulous too.

The time from order to delivery was, I consider far to long over a month and a half.

Waited 10 weeks for delivery. After accepting order and taking money. Yet still advertised item as being in stock! Poor communication.

Poor delivery. Promised a date and got it 3 months later....

Took 3 months to arrive. It did say normally next day despatch but delays due to COVID. No mention of how long though. Chased twice. Received email finally re delivery for Monday and turned up Friday. Product very nice- standard lamp, although would look better with a smaller globe shade. Couldn’t go where it was intended as looked too big, but housed elsewhere.

Great products and service. Very responsive to emails and phone calls.

I purchased what I thought was good quality lights. It turns out to be very cheap looking and was returned. They then charge you 10% for return handling fee and you have to pay for the postage for delivering and sending back to the company - still not sure what the handling is even though as a customer you're doing all the hard work. I returned the items and a month later they still haven't refunded me. Be careful - their products are cheap looking and customer service is very poor.

I am really unhappy I put right address on my parcel but you’ve tried to deliver to 3 Brookside terrace I live at 3 Brookside Lodge Brookside Terrace Sunderland SR2 7RN. You have tried to deliver twice to wrong address I then gave you an address to take to which lady at 1 Brookside lodge got parcel for me but in mean time the guy from 3 Brookside terrace came and asked for parcel as he’s had a card put in his door saying 1 Brookside lodge had it. So now they have our expensive parcel and are not answering the door. Really upset that we still don’t have our parcel.
