Discovered Ilkley through a third party website. Amazing beer but it’s expensive, more so if you can’t collect from the brewery as the delivery charges are high. I still buy as it’s great but always wince at the price of delivery, which negates any offers they have on their products.
Always like to support independent breweries who make a range of ale/beer. Ilkley Brewery being no exception and Mary Jane was a 'top 5' of mine.
Beware ordering direct from Ilkley Brewery, as should you encounter any issues you'll find a lack of human beings (read answerphone hell) adds up to mixed messages and broken promises, a woeful experience.

Yes, we got a refund. Just no interest in their own failings that caused us days of hassle, hanging around and cost. We listened to and respected the Ilkley Brewery people who gave us many different versions of what turned out to be nothing.
