I never received my order and have emailed never received a reply

I ordered a deck online and have emailed Travis a few times with no response or deck recieved. Looks like I’m out almost $100. Buyers beware.

i have yet to get my hat that i ordered and it’s been over a month now and it hasn’t even shipped yet and i can’t even get ahold of anyone to see wtf is going on. worst customer service. this was a gift

I ordered a skate deck 3 weeks ago. I ordered from the US, and paid to have it shipped internationally. I thought it was strange that it hadn’t shipped after a week. So, I reached out over email, through the shop app (which they suggest you download to track your shipment), as well as through the messenger tool on their website. I made regular attempts over the last few weeks.

I was unassuming when I reached out. Perhaps there was a challenge with shipping information. Perhaps there was some kind of mistake on my end. But I was unable to reach anyone. As a matter of fact, one of the emails was returned to me as undeliverable, due to the mailbox being full.

At this point, I figured a review was the best way to get in touch. I wouldn’t mind waiting, so long as I had a little communication- and some assurance that the purchase would be shipped at some point.

Fantastic instructor, calm and friendly, child very happy and wants to go again.

I can only presume this company has gone bust. I placed an order for a skateboard deck on the 16th August and I've still not received it. I've sent multiple emails and I've phoned several times but no answer.
I guess I've just lost £60!!!!!

Ordered bearings on the 20th March and still not received them, sent two emails and no reply, I know Travis at illicit is a small business but communication is key.

Now resolved and new email obtained and he is sorting out the missing bearings
