Customer service lets them down.

I hired this company to provide lights and the shed photo booth to my wedding on the 11th September 2021, both were fabulous, and they were very accommodating after having to reschedule our wedding 3 times. However we were told we would receive a copy of all the photos that were taken in the booth but after constant chasing we have still not received these. I was originally told I would receive them within 4 weeks but then emails chasing them have been ignored, I even messaged them on Facebook on the 9th November and was told they were looking into it - still nothing, It is such a shame after spending a lot of money and we were really looking forward to looking through all the photos. I would love to give this company 5 stars but unfortunately there customer service lets them down and I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Santa's grotto experience

Absolutely magical, so much thought has gone into this, and Santa was just brilliant with my daughter. I will definitely be booking again next year.

Hi Craig after doing some research and the fact we never get bad review I did a bit of research. It wasn’t hard to find your the director of DIY Splashback in Belfast that I just left a review for. My review for the product I waited for over 8weeks for before a canceled my order unlike yours is telling people my experience with your company as a whole. This review was also as a person customer for my personal kitichen and not related to my business illuminate fx at all.

Bad reviews I find help business find where there going wrong and I understand you have Had a tough time like us through covid. We have had no work since March due to the industry we’re in. So we all know the struggles people are going through but if a Customers order takes 8 weeks before it’s even sent some correspondence would have been great.
