How I personally use this product:

I used to use a regular task book on my phone for this purpose, in principle it was enough, but in this product I really realized how many opportunities I was missing. Now, with simple visual elements, I can quickly add tasks, set reminders, and track progress. For example, the function of visualizing a sequence of habits helps me to see my achievements clearly, which significantly increases motivation.

What I particularly liked:

- An impressive aspect is its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to navigate the application. Even if you are not a technician, you will quickly master all the functions.
- Work speed. This is especially important in fast-paced environments.
- A wide range of tools - all in one place.
- Availability: There is an app on the phone. It provides access to functionality on the go.
- Synchronization with Google and Outlook calendars is another important plus. This avoids double bookings and makes it easier to schedule meetings and tasks. I can plan my day or week in detail without fear of missing important events.
- Easy dragging of tasks. This makes the process of managing them more natural and visually understandable.
- The ability to separate tasks using methods such as the Eisenhower matrix.
- A simple budget management feature, although I haven't found any use for myself yet.
- Great price and the opportunity to purchase lifetime access.

- Social features - The ability to share your achievements with friends and receive support from them makes the process more fun. We can compete with each other in achieving goals, which adds an element of the game.
- The ability to add a longer description instead of 250 characters
- Linking completed tasks to geolocation, for example, I walk next to a sports field and receive a notification that it would be nice to complete the task.
- Be able to add custom fields in tasks
- Make a clickable link in the task description

What I wanted to draw attention to:

- The notification was delayed once. But it never happened again.
- I didn't really understand how to remove the constantly appearing hints.
- Make it possible to change the time format in tasks to 24-hour
- The days of the week should start on Monday, and not on Sunday, as it is now
