Terrible customer service
Ordered a case for my galaxy s10 and the mechanism to slide the phone out for a picture was broken. I contacted customer support and they have a policy of refunding you 70 percent of your purchase and having you ship it out at another loss out of pocket.
The representative for customer service support also was very inefficient, and discerning. Would not recommend to anyone nor would I be purchasing anything else in the future.
As far as the product quality. It's a 3 and half stars. The image is a tad bit distorted and definitely not as pictured on thier website.

My items haven’t even been received by USPS yet! It is soooo annoying to be told the item has shipped when really all that has happened is a label has been prepared.
You need to sort out your shipping! The product is great but probably won’t use you again as a result of this

I received the product and did not like, have been trying to return but not getting any response. I’ve sent two emails trying to return the product but no one is getting back to me. Terrible service. This should have been an easy return. Now I’m going to have to contact my bank to dispute the charge.
