I constantly receive slow to no customer support. The website is buggy and as of recent I can't login. I emailed the company to unsubscribe me and will dispute the next charge. Don't recommend this service at all.
I have pretty good review to write they published many of my songs and removed those I wanted to only the recent month of November of 2025 they stopped replying and now something is up with their website where no one can login I hope their just fixing their issues and will be back. I’m still trying to claim my youtube that was generated by them I wish I could just post my own songs on my own youtube
signed up to distribute children songs and was told to take my music elsewhere, they were happy to take my money and close the account. A year later, and without an active account they tried to take payment for the next 12 months renewal. The nerve. I don't remember the last business I dealt with that has done similar. Mind blowing for the 21st century.

Their customer support is terrible. I've sent them two requests and follow-up emails during the four months non of them were answered to. I only wanted to change my artist name and when I Download royalty report, it doesnt show detailed figures by each territory. So they're ignorant.
Removed all publications from all platforms without warning, customer service has not responded in a month and likely never will.
Stay Clear from Illustrate Music. They don't even Distribute your music. They will continue billing you but always reject your releases. Site barely works and it is terrible.
