Customer service only by email. No way to ask for a refund
You cannot get a hold of customer service, it doesn't exist only by email, and it is auto filled. I have sent many emails saying I didn't receive my print. No response, only to say they are busy and be patient. I ordered on Oct. 6th, still haven't received anything, but was charged a few days after the day I ordered. I now will contact the bank to get my money back.

no delivery of file. no answers from company of emails . Got my bank involved to get money back. I think this company is a scam and they rely on, that people don't go after 10$ .

If I could leave negative stars I would I ordered and paid Aug. 29th few days later I get an email my picture proof didn't upload so I go to the website no way to re-upload so i email them they email me a link to re upload now it Sept 18th and I haven't heard nothing from them send 4 emails +1 today equals 5 I'd stay away from this shady website definitely not worth it!!

No way to talk to customer service
While I did receive digital proofs, my dog is all black and every proof showed a tan and brown or white and brown dog. Plus the proofs showed a dog with long fluffy hair, nothing like mine. There is no way to get somebody in customer service to respond- I've been waiting over 4 days now. Waste of money

Once again received digital versions of my cats - Tim burton style. Absolutely love them. I have heard complaints of people not receiving theirs but I think maybe they’re ordering physical pictures?? Digital copies has worked for me each time, no problems at all. Can get a reroll if you’re not happy with the 4 designs originally suggested.
