Above and Beyond Customer Service
I was in the market for a specific desk that is not stocked by many retailers and those that do are located either online or middle of nowhere. But, iLohas was able to organise a visit to the manufacturer's showroom with a representative (usually reserved for business customers) so that I can view the desk and take comfort in this purchase and investment.
Ellie was excellent at responding and being a great point of contact for any questions and she also took care of me when I wanted a particular colour. I highly recommend them for their service and products are competitively priced as well as an easy to navigate website.
