Awful quality

Poor quality, the underwire of the bras might as well been a string. All the sizes were way off and what I thought would come as a baby doll pink, arrived in a neon florescent pink. The customer service in dealing with the return was helpful and polite.

You should defiantly give I love lola a…

You should defiantly give I love lola a try, you will not be disapointed. Warning though, you must go up a size or two. I am a medium in ann summers and love hunny and need to purchase large/XL due to being. But the lingerie is a beautiful quality and nicer than other brands and really fair priced. After ordering myself a size to small,and disapointered I ordered two items after being so impressed with the quality and how beautiful the first item I ordered was. However after ordering I received a email from them saying they were sorrybut unfortunately the items I ordered were out of stock and they had refunded me and would I like a replacement free of charge.....I received and the two items I received were beautiful and in little mesh bags and fit perfect....I will definitely be ordering again soon. Q

Fantastic service.

I ordered a whole load of things, got a bit carried away really and everything was delivered the next day. Going through my order (which by the way was packaged individually in lovely organza wrapping) I found everything was as it should be, the fit was perfect and the items exactly as described. Would highly recommend and I shall certainly be ordering again.

Poor description

I ordered two items, one was a Teddy style item and the other was a body, both items were ordered in a M/L size.
All I can say is that the quality was substandard and as for the sizing, my 7 year old would have struggled to fit into them. They are only fit for a dolly not a person. I will add however that the customer service I have received was excellent.

Ordered items for my girlfriend and got…

Ordered items for my girlfriend and got completely the wrong order, so I tried to get in touch with them and initially couldn’t get through, but they did eventually get back in touch with me and apologised for the inconvenience and resent the items I ordered which I didn’t receive and said keep the ones they sent by mistake. Jamie was so helpful and I will definitely order more from them in the future... One happy customer!!!

Very happy with the products and the service

Made a a small order as I'm always a bit cautious about ordering online, especially with clothes as I'm scared they wont fit. First impressions are great, the size charts were accurate, the product was exactly as the picture, the price was good and delivery was super speedy and was delivered in the morning so I didn't have to wait around all day. I will definitely be ordering again.

Quality not great.

I recently ordered 4 items from I Love Lola: a red lace garter belt, a pink strappy lingerie set from the sale, and two pairs of stockings.

The delivery was fast and I received updates from the courier. The items arrived in a UPS packaging bag and had all been packed within their own plastic bags and put in a pretty black mesh bag.

Unfortunately, once opened it was obvious that the quality isn't great. The pink set is incredibly badly made, the fabric is of very poor quality and looks absolutely nothing like the picture. It had no tags with barcodes etc on the item however there were bits of plastic tags in the bag which suggested that previous tags had been taken off.

The cardboard packaging for the stockings was in very bad condition. Quite bent and out of shape.

The garter belt came in a little plastic pouch, when I opened it, there was a musty smell and as such the fabric of the item has a horrible smell to it. As with the pink set, there were no tags on this item which I would normally expect.

I have requested a refund with their customer service and am just waiting to hear which items I can return. I have specified that the pink set arrived in bad condition etc but have still been told that as it is a sale item I can only get store credit. Whilst this is their policy on the returns page, I think this is unfair in this case given the poor quality of the item and the fact it arrived without any tags on.

Overall, I'm not impressed and won't be shopping here again. Whilst the cheap prices are appealing, I'd rather shop somewhere a bit more expensive where I know the items will be of good quality and packaged well.

Due to UPS making errors my parcel was delivered but taken away as they was trying to charge me even though Ilovelola had already told them the charges had been sorted out and i wasnt to be charged, Ilovelola was very fast and efficient in sorting this out for me they was very quick in response to the emails i sent over and i didnt have to chase them one bit they took care of everthing for me in order for my parcel to arrive, as i type its actually just arrived now.... will defo use again it wasnt there fault it was the delivery service that made the errors and most companys wouldnt bend over backwards in order to get it sorted but these did xx

Not Good

A couple of weeks after ordering, there was still no sign of my order, despite me having selected 24-72hr delivery. When I emailed them, I was told I'll have to contact FedEx myself and arrange delivery. Normally they'll offer to send the items out again or reimburse your money, but with this company there was no offer of assistance of any kind, not even an effort to try and get my order to me. They also mentioned customs, which was a surprise considering I had no idea the company was based outside the UK when placing my order, and it was in no way made clear either on the website or in my confirmation email. After two weeks of waiting and being spoken in a completely unacceptable and disrespectful manner by their customer service, I did genuinely believe I had been scammed. Upon explaining that I have both physical and mental health problems, both of which are exacerbated by stressors such as this, they made belittling statements such as, "It's only a shipping delay," as though I had no right to feel stressed about it. I understand that shipping delays happen sometimes, but two weeks is quite a long time. They also refused to take responsibility, claiming that it wasn't their fault, it's the shipping company (the one that THEY chose to use) who messed up, so I'm unreasonable for being upset with them. They did eventually offer me a refund, which took weeks to materialize after I eventually did receive my order, returned it (which cost me an extra £5, no free returns) and waited for it to be delivered to them (despite the fact that I used tracked shipping, so could provide evidence of them having been shipped, they still refused to refund my money until they received the items). Even after the items were received, I had to prompt them via email, to ask about my refund. I felt as though they were stalling every step of the way, in the hope that I'd forget and they'd get away with it. Every time we agreed upon a refund throughout the whole process, they'd stop replying to my emails. This made me panic even more, so I'd email them again, just in case they'd overlooked or ignored my previous one, to which they promptly responded things that sounded slightly threatening and ominous to me, such as, 'Sending an email to us every 30 minutes with further threats is not helping your cause whatsoever' and, 'Threatening us is causing stress and anxiety on our side'. I had not made any threats towards them in any way, shape or form. I had told them that if the issue wasn't resolved soon, I was going to seek legal advice, which I was well within my rights to do. The fact that they said this was causing them stress seemed like they believe their stress is more important than mine. I felt like they were implying that it was absolutely fine that I was upset and both my physical and mental health were being affected by them, but I was out of order for causing them a bit of stress, trying to recover what was rightfully mine, despite this situation being of their making. Also, they have continually emailed me since I finally received my refund (after a month of being belittled, spoken down to and extremely stressed), asking me to remove this review. I am very conflicted about this, as I do still feel that they only refunded my money because they were backed into a corner, not because they cared about me as a customer. Furthermore, I'm fairly sure that the items they sent me were not the same as the ones I bought on the website. They looked like cheap, very poor quality imitations of the ones pictured. As much as I tried to make them work for me, they just looked tack and the sizing was way off.
However, to end on a more positive note, I did get most of my money back eventually, so all's well that ends well.

Do not use this site

Do not use this site, I ordered from them still not received my parcel, no customer services. Phone ring and rings, and they forget to mention u have to pay a import charge to get goods. DO NOT USE

Quick delivery-will order again

Quick delivery and really liked the pieces. Had no issue returning one piece which was just a bit to small. Shout out to Jamie who was particularly helpful in sorting out the issues. Will order again and recommend to friends.

Honest and best

Honest and best. These guys have the best prices I have found. I normally don't like to buy lingerie online but LOLA has an amazing customer service policy to match their prices. Returns procedure was easy for one item I didn't like and the rest of my order was class.
