I Love My Freedom Reviews 

I am filing this complaint due to what appears to be a repeated and highly misleading pattern involving this company’s order fulfillment practices.
I placed an order and only received part of what I paid for. I was then informed that the remaining item was “out of stock.” However, after checking the company’s website immediately afterward, the exact item was still fully available for purchase with no out-of-stock notice or limitation.
This immediately raised concerns, especially because another member of my family experienced the exact same issue with this company around the same time. His order was also only partially fulfilled, and he was told the remaining item was unavailable despite it continuing to be sold on the website.
What makes this situation even more concerning is the conflicting and inaccurate information provided by customer service. Customers are being told items are unavailable while they remain actively listed online, which is extremely misleading.
There has also been a major lack of communication and accountability when attempting to resolve these issues. Requests for clarification and management review have either been ignored or met with inconsistent responses.
At this point, this no longer appears to be an isolated inventory error. It appears to be a recurring pattern in which orders are partially fulfilled, customers are told products are unavailable, and no proper resolution is provided despite the items continuing to be sold online.
I am requesting immediate review and resolution from the company, including fulfillment of the original order that was purchased in good faith.
Consumers deserve accurate information, honest communication, and proper fulfillment of the items they pay for.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and believe their business practices are deceptive.
I placed an order and only received half of what I paid for. After contacting customer service, I was told the missing item was “out of stock.” However, while actively speaking with them, I checked their website and the item was still fully available for purchase with no out-of-stock notice whatsoever. Customers are clearly being misled.
To make matters worse, the company then told me I had already been refunded for the missing item. That was completely false. No refund had been issued to my account at all. When I pointed this out and informed them the item was still available online, they suddenly changed their story and admitted they had NOT refunded me yet, claiming they “still could.”
Since then, they have ignored my requests for a supervisor and have failed to resolve the issue. I made it clear that I do not want a refund — I want the item I originally ordered and paid for before it actually becomes unavailable.
After discussing this situation with my brother, I discovered the exact same thing happened to him through this company. His order was also only partially fulfilled, and he was told the remaining item was “out of stock” despite it still being available for purchase on the website. This appears to be a repeated pattern, not an isolated mistake.
At this point, this company appears to be intentionally fulfilling partial orders, falsely claiming products are unavailable, and misleading customers about refunds. This is unacceptable and feels extremely dishonest.
I am requesting immediate resolution, fulfillment of the item I paid for, and direct contact from management regarding these deceptive practices.

I like that I am supporting conservative values as I shop. Most items have been shipped quickly. I am pleased the quality of the shirts and Tumblers I have purchased, Customer service is very responsive.

I had no idea I was entering a subscription program when I purchased my shirt and then to find out I had to make a payment to cancel my subscription. OMG!!! What kind of business is this? I'm very upset about this and Im planning on letting the BBB know about your business and I will be letting all my Facebook friends know about your business. The shirt and the coffee mug from "I Love My Freedom" represents my freedom of speech and I happily consume it. It's something to do with my value

I can't find anything negative to say about my experience with this company, the products I ordered were very inexpensive for the quality of the product, t-shirts, shared them with friends, already ordered some more, thanks again for the excellent service.
