Very poor communication

Very poor communication, item still not arrived and no idea when it’s coming. Had email to say with courier for over 2 weeks with no contact, still no communication from I love retro for further info or a delivery date.

Bought a lovely lamp from retro

Bought a lovely lamp from retro, I love it it’s gorgeous and such good quality I would definitely buy from again, I’m currently eyeing up a beautiful chair.
They were quick to respond to any queries I had - especially alice she was a great help.

I've waited over 7 months for my item.

I ordered an orange pendant lightshade in October 2021. I'm still waiting for it in May 2022. Just over 7 months. I've had a few email updates on when it should be expected, but none have come true. The last date of expected delivery was mid May 2022. Obviously, I'm still waiting. I sent an email 7 days ago and had no response. Makes me wonder if the item actually exists. I won't be buying from here again.

The lamp is beautiful better than I…

The lamp is beautiful better than I expected and packaged really well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took longer to deliver I had to email I Love Retro to determine where my order was. Customer Service responded in 3 days. However I would buy from them again.

I sadly received terrible service

I sadly received terrible service. I am waiting for a refund and have been told they are waiting to hear from a courier. I have been chasing for over a month and am stuck with a giant box blocking my lounge and no refund :( I don’t know how else to get my money back. Never again.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever…

Worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I ordered 4 pieces of matching furniture in November 2021 it’s now April 2022 and I’m still waiting. Each piece turned up individually after persistent chasing and reminding but we still awaited our second matching bedside table. Another 3 weeks go by and then we’re told it’s been discontinued. So we’ve waited half a year and now all the items we do have need to be returned so we can start again finding matching furniture.

Go with a trusted retailer who knows how to communicate and put their customers first because this isn’t it.

Absolutely disgusted and furious.

Be very careful Placed order in March I was emailed to say the order would then be delivered in July. So cancelled order as it was a birthday gift. Well still awaiting refund so informed my bank. As said in response to my review I will be receiving my refund Well I’d like to add I’m still awaiting my refund from them

Me and my wife was looking for…

Me and my wife was looking for furniture for our new kitchen and came across I love retro.
Lovely website with easy access to all products, we found our desired furniture and ordered straight away, very pleased with our new table, great centre piece for the kitchen, high quality and very secure!
Fast delivery and great service also.
My wife is very happy and is now wanting to order once again☺️

Highly recommend

I never leave reviews so this is a first!
But I have got to leave one for this company. Outstanding service given, high quality products. I couldn’t be happier.
I made an order in March and I was curious to where my item was after ordering, one email Sent and I received very helpful information with tracking details as well as an estimate date of arrival which highly reassured me. The item then came on time like I was told which I was very pleased about.

Highly recommended I love retro! Thank you very much 😊

Great service, helpful and high quality products

I love retro really surprised me with my experience. A friend of mine recommended them after buying a set of chairs, speaking about how amazing the quality and service was from them. I also had the same experience. Alice was very helpful and reassured me many times whenever I had questions about my product.

Great service, personal and prompt.

Really great products backed by excellent customer service. The items arrived and I wasn’t quite ready to receive them due to building works and Alice in the customer services team arranged to have them delivered at a later date without any issue. She responds to emails consistently and in a timely way unlike some companies where you are dealing with different people all the time so the problem never gets resolved. Just want to say a huge thank you as it it really reduced my stress levels during a major renovation.
