The Snob store in Budleigh Salterton…
The Snob store in Budleigh Salterton has a lovely atmosphere all year round. I always find what I'm looking for and the staff are helpful when they need to be but also happy to let you browse if that's what you want. There's always something new to catch your eye when walking by.

Appalling Customer Service
I received dispatch notification for all three items but when the order arrived, an item was missing with a scribbled note on the receipt, informing me that one item was out of stock. Mistakes do happen but on contacting the store about this, I received the rudest and curtest reply from Emma Bellamy, who would benefit from an in-depth customer service training course. Additionally, my refund was only started, once I had emailed the store. I thought I had found a lovely family business but caring for clients is obviously not something that they care about.

I apologise for any offence and irritation caused. You are right mistakes do happen and your order unfortunately was a training course in itself in how not to do business.

Quick, efficient and brilliant
The lovely Emma, owner of Snob was there when I went in. I was in a hurry and needed something urgently. Emma quickly found exactly what I was after, I tried it on, bought it and am extremely happy!
