amazing :)
ordered a parcel, it was a little late and royal mail was still showing the 'we're expecting it' message. i used their live chat to ask if everything was okay with the order as it was stuck on dispatch and they assured me it had been dispatched already. at this point i was already completely happy to know that it was on track to what their team has control over and was happy to wait longer so i said thank you. then i get a message from them a little while after and theyve gone the extra mile and sent me a replacement free of charge just in case the other one was lost with royal mail. outstanding customer service, 100% recommend and will be ordering again!!
