Do not buy from this company - I Love Zen
Do not buy from this company. Based on my experience (twice), you will not receive the goods that you ordered.
I placed an order on 08-Jan-23 and, despite receiving confirmation, it still has not arrived (05-Mar-23). I contacted their support who confirmed immediately (on a Sunday) that Royal Mail had said the parcel have been lost in the post. I asked for evidence of this but none was given.
Exactly the same happened when I placed an order for a present before Christmas - only after chasing did the goods finally arrive in the New Year.
This is clearly a company that is set up to take orders on their website but has no intention of delivering.
