Scam. I bought a product which never arrived. I received an email with a fake tracking number. 10 days after the purchase I received an extra charge of about 200 euros! The contact address and the contact telephone number do no exist.
We placed an order on iluminacycasa.com for €56.28 for a lighting product. The item never arrived. Instead, our card was charged €56.56 by an unrelated company name (NHJGH LLC – Denver), which did not appear anywhere during the purchase process.
The website looks legitimate at first, but the billing name is different from the shop name and there has been no delivery of the product. We contacted the company but received no clear explanation or resolution.
Because of this experience we had to start a chargeback procedure with our bank.
Buyers should be very cautious before purchasing from this website. If you do decide to order, make sure you pay with a method that offers strong buyer protection.

Sin embargo, en nuestra tarjeta apareció un cargo de 56,56 € realizado por una empresa diferente (NHJGH LLC – Denver), que no aparecía en ningún momento durante el proceso de compra.
La página web parece legítima al principio, pero el nombre que aparece en el cargo no coincide con el de la tienda y el producto nunca fue entregado. Intentamos contactar con la empresa pero no recibimos una explicación ni una solución claras.
Debido a esta situación hemos tenido que iniciar un procedimiento de devolución del cargo con nuestro banco.
Recomendamos a otros compradores que tengan mucha precaución antes de comprar en este sitio web y que utilicen únicamente métodos de pago que ofrezcan protección al comprador.
