Clear and helpful pensions guidance
Very clear and helpful pensions guidance - initially the advice given was in connection with a potential DB transfer from a previous employer. As part of the process I was also taken through a summary of potential possibilities in retirement from my combined pensions using cashflow software which was very useful.

Excellent service.
Jack was very informative and took his time to make sure I understood everything he was telling me. As I am suffering poor health at the moment he had already pre-empted this and extended the call time and advised he could reconvene if I felt ill at all during the call, nothing was too much trouble for him.

Excellent advice
Informed Pensions were in touch to advise on the suitability of a Pension Increase Exchange offered by my company pension provider. I spoke to Lewis who was really helpful with regard to the technical details of the offer, how it related to my personal finances and pleasant to talk to. Following this consultation I was able to make a confident decision on this offer. Recommended.

They phoned at the exact time agreed & gave me some great advice.
I was worried because my employer paid for their services that they wouldn't be impartial, i was wrong.
Elliot told me how to maximise my pension when i retire & explained the best way of taking some pension benefits early if i wanted to.

Pension/retirement review
I would absolutely recommend this service for anyone wishing to review their pension funds/retirement plans.
My recent phone call session was informative, helpful and useful, my advisor was professional and knowledgeable, but what stood out was his very polite, friendly and patient nature.
He took the time to answer my questions in a way that I understood and I ended the session feeling fully informed and satisfied with the information I had received.

I would highly recommend Informed Pensions. Although I knew what pots I had, I didn’t understand how they worked, what my options were and most importantly, how early I could retire if I wanted to. After sending over my pension details to Steve, my advisor, and a 1 hour pension discovery meeting, I’ve come away knowing exactly what my options are, and because I’ve chosen to, will be using the services of Informed Pensions to manage my fund when I retire, to maximise, but also safeguard my pension income.

Great advice & brilliant service from Steve Clarke at Lemonade
I had a 1 hour Pension review meeting with Steve Clarke yesterday, all arranged through my Company Milexia. We discussed my current group pension scheme in depth & also reviewed all of my other personal pensions from previous employers. Steve certainly knows his onions & gave me some brilliant advice re maximising my pension pot for when I retire.
