Misleading photos, overpriced products, and bad customer service,
I received the product I ordered, but the quality, color, and material were different from the picture. It’s a decent replication of the product in the photos they used, but not what I was expecting and hoping for...and certainly not worth the price I paid.
The size I ordered didn’t fit, so I attempted to make a return as per the website’s instructions. I’ve emailed them for the return information twice over the past 4 days and still haven’t gotten a reply...certainly not the “prompt response” as promised. They only accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, and shipping already took 2 weeks, so my time is limited. I’m doubtful I’ll be hearing back from them at this point. Definitely won’t be buying from here ever again.
