I honestly can’t recommend Alex highly enough. He came recommended by a friend, and from day one he was fantastic. Over an 18-month selling and buying process (which was far from straightforward), he checked in regularly, kept me informed, and was always on hand to explain things clearly.

He worked hard to secure me the best rate available and went well above and beyond what I expected from a mortgage advisor. He did a huge amount of chasing with solicitors and estate agents, who, frankly, were pretty useless, and without him keeping everything moving, the whole process would have been even more stressful.

I have been using Brian for almost 10 years now. He responds to every email instantly and picks up the phone when ever I call. In the past I have had situations where the mortgage provider pulled out and Brian has worked his magic and sorted it out even getting me compensation from a fault of the provider. I don’t ever recommend people. However, i recommend Brian to everyone and anyone. To the point where my financial advisor tried to get me to go with their in house guy and I refused. if Carlsberg did Mortgage advisors it would be Brian!!!

We were recommended Alex by a family member and he was exceptional throughout the whole process obtaining both a residential and buy to let mortgage.
