IMAGE Tailor worked nothing short of magic on my Stone Island knit. It was way too big for me and now the fit is now perfect, and the finish on the hem is absolutely impeccable. You would not know that this jumper has been altered!
Turnaround time was super quick, and the whole experience was friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I booked an appointment with Image Tailors on a Wednesday for a Saturday slot, but I was contacted on Thursday and told there had been a system error and that Saturday appointments shouldn’t have been available. I was asked, at very short notice, to come in on Friday instead.
Even though this was inconvenient, I agreed and explained that I’d be travelling all the way from Croydon and might be a bit late due to the school run. I made the effort to get there for around 10:00 and arrived at 10:20, only to be told they could no longer see me because I was 20 minutes late.
I found this very disappointing — especially since I had shown flexibility to accommodate their scheduling mistake. The staff made no effort to adapt or find a solution, which left a poor impression of their customer service.
Overall, I felt let down by the lack of understanding and flexibility from Image Tailors
The Fonthill Rd shop used to be very good but today. my dry cleaning was not ready one week after promised date. Asked for refund but they could not work the card machine and charged me again. This was repeated so that I had paid four times the original price. Eventually they refunded me in cash.

I went to get a bridesmaids dress altered. She pinned me up in the dress, she told me it was be £200 which was more than the cost of the dress. Admittedly I should of asked for a quote first but that was ridiculous. I ended up finding somewhere to do the same job for £35! The only reason why this review is 2 stars is I respect how patient the woman was pinning the dress and she spent about 25 minutes doing so, is a real shame.

I would trust Munever and her team with absolutely anything -even the most treasured items of clothing. She made miracles happen - worked around the clock for a dress to be ready on time and the results were, as always, perfection. I cannot recommend Image enough. She gives calm and honest advice and delivers impeccable results. Look no further...
Image is a real find; I used them for altering a suit where the sleeves were finished to a baste level, meaning that button holes had to be made, buttons attached.
I am please to say they made an excellent job of it.

Here in this little pocket of Fonthill Road lies magic and love!! Munever and her amazing team of highly skilled seamstresses and tailors make you feel welcome from the moment you enter this incredible place! A lovely, unrushed, careful and sensitive fitting was our first experience. The deadline for alteration was professional with realistic and experienced expectation including a fitting on completion .. just to double check all was fitted to perfection! I cannot put into words my daughter’s reaction when she tried on the finished result of her prom dress! She emerged from the lovely fitting area glowing!! They put in amazing attention to detail including rebeading and even lining to perfection. Her first words to Munever were “please can I give you a hug”! The end result, needless to say was incredible! My daughter now has a dress which is unique and stunning! My aunt was a respected couturier dress maker in North London many years before.. she would wholeheartedly approve of Munever’s magical place! I have never met Munever and her beautiful shop before... but my goodness will we be back again and again! Miracle Workers! ❤️❤️❤️
