this was very easy to use
this was very easy to use ; all I had to do was upload an image, and move the cursor to the section where I needed info about the color, and the info for HEX, RGB, and HSL were displayed almost immediately

I love how it gives several options for all the color shades in an image and complimentary colors as well.
The fact that you can hover the mouse over any section of the image and get those specific shades is amazing.

Very nice
Very nice, no signup, fast and responsive website.
I have one request though, i would liek the cursor to move slower when hovering over the uploaded image, in that way we get it pixel perfect first try.

Used to be amazing... but...
I used to use this all the time for all kinds of reasons, but ever since the visual rebrand and complete overhaul of the website, I have no option but to avoid it. It lags incredibly badly! My whole computer (A gaming PC, mind you) freezes and I don't even dare try it on my other devices. This is such a shame because it picks so accurately, and I love being able to find varying shades and complementary colors, along with names for each.

Its honestly the only good app I could find that is A:free, and B: accurately picks the color from MY IMAGE. I've been using it ever since I found it!

This just does what it should, and doesn't force extra features in your face.
You can upload an image to color pick, then it gives you the hex code, and some lighter / darker alternatives, i think its the best website for this that i found yet, it even excludes all the different colors so you don't even need to use the picker!
