Could not recommend enough.
Booked for my daughters wedding but had to change the date because of Covid. The second date was still under travel and number restrictions which meant close family could not attend. Tried to move date again but photographer not available on the new date. Refused to refund the deposit as we could have had a wedding on the second date with reduced numbers. Total lack of understanding and empathy regarding not having family at the wedding if we did this. Under normal circumstances I can understand the non refund of the deposit but in these unprecedented times I find it cruel.
However they have now decided to refund the deposit so all good.
