I’ve recently enjoyed another photography workshop with Image Seen, this time to the South Wales Waterfall Country. The light was perfect and there was plenty of water to fill the falls but as usual the day was made perfect by excellent, sympathetic guiding and expert, light-hearted tuition. I must say that IS is spot-on for me and I’m encouraged now to go further with longer workshops in more far-flung places.
I attended a course on Using Technology For Photography Planning, given over Zoom. It was about 3 hours long and covered apps for mapping, weather, tides, lighting (sun and moon), etc. Although I was generally familiar with the kinds of apps that were covered, the best part of the course was the case studies that glued all the app info together and gave me confidence to use my knowledge in planning a photo trip. Thoroughly recommended.
