I was given a call to say that my scan…
I was given a call to say that my scan at 5 was being moved to 6 due to maintenance happening on the machines. When I got there at quarter to 6 ,The sonographer was 30 minutes late and walked in at 6:20 . The website doesn’t say that images aren’t included as in every other scan facility they are included in the price. I’ve never seen so many different things on a price list that other places simply don’t charge for at all ? No mention of measurement , GA, where my placenta is etc . All chargeable . The sonographer was lovely but overall I won’t be back it was the most expensive I’ve been to. In the largest company that also provide scans you get images and a video sent to you , 2 images to keep etc for £60 it feels like a rip off .

Last minute reassurance scan
Last minute reassurance scan. Took my other children who were also allowed in too. The staff were lovely, it was a calm atmosphere and it was a nice, relaxing experience.

Had a great experience for our 4d scan…
Had a great experience for our 4d scan this evening, unfortunately both baby and placenta were not playing ball so we didn't get the clearest of images but what we did see was fantastic. The clinic were very generous and offered a re-scan to hopefully get some clearer pictures next time. Joseph our sonographer was really friendly as was the lady on reception 😊

Don’t waste your time or money
They reschedule my appointment first by saying they don’t have anyone available to do the scan , then I get there , they charge me first but only after to find out that a male who I thought is anything else but someone who does scan just because he was dressed like going out in a Saturday night , who couldn’t read my registration form , he was meant to do me the scan ?!???
Then asked for a refund with a proof and right now still waiting for it
I wasted 2h of my life to drive there for nothing so disappointed
Make sure you are very clear if you ever want an appointment with them so you don’t get same surprises!

For transparency, we employ both female and male sonographers — all fully qualified and experienced, with many also working within the NHS. Your comfort is always our priority, and as soon as you expressed that you were not comfortable proceeding, we honoured your decision and processed your refund straight away. Depending on your bank, this can take up to three working days to show, though it often appears sooner.
We’re grateful you brought this to our attention, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate preferences and support our clients.

Ultra sound scan
Visited Imaginatal this morning with my partner for an ultrasound scan. The reception staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly, chatting with us while we waited and helping us feel at ease. The sonographer was also wonderful, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the scan. Overall, a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend Imaginatal to anyone considering their services.
