You definitely need communication…
You definitely need communication skills when writing emails. Every email threatens that if I do not pay, my deposit will be forfeited.
Second, when I booked I was told that there is no room left without window so I have to book a higher category. Wrong. I just ring yesterday after reading ad and there is one available.
I requested that I will like to stay three nights extra. Even after three months, you could not give me a price.
When you write flights included, they are the longer ones and to get direct, you pay extra.
Not booking ever again.

Be better organised re questionss.
Imagine needs to be better organised at giving timely information.
1. We were told that a deposit on airfares would be required. No-one would tell us the amount when we booked. We assumed a DEPOSIT on airfares to be $1-2000. We were hit with $5700 yesterday. Then told it included booking, accommodation and other.
Do be upfront about the amount. Most of us budget and put aside money for big expenses. This huge amount on top of the budgeted expenses of re-tiling the roof, paying for another holiday and expecting to pay for our solar panels to be replaced and adding a battery.
2. We were asked at the start of the conversation whether we wanted to make any changes. We said No, then at the end found we were flying g Johannesburg-Sydney-Perth, when some days have direct Qantas flights to Perth. Had we known at the start, we might have added another night in Johannesburg.
You have added about 13 hours extra to our flight home and we will be 86 and 87.
Please look at flights before asking about changes or at least, leave the change option open until the customer knows the flights.

We are very happy with our experience from end to end.
Staff services - their patience, efficiency and prompt response to our inquires.
Aliya and Dan have gone way above in assisting us with our bookings.
Special mentioned re Aliya's customer service- we had approached her a couple of times on different tours and unfortunately we didn't book any of the tours. She was always polite and nothing was too much for her.
