Would not refund or exchange an item where the error was on their end. Just kept sending that it wasn't within the 30 days time frame. Robot customer service is not my favorite, nor do robots resolve problems.
Ordered a hoodie as a gift for my son in November in advance of the Christmas holiday. After receiving the gift he found it to be too small. Customer service refused an exchange due to a 30 day return policy. I gauged the fit according to another ID hoodie fit which was a small. This particular hoodie was much smaller than expected, wouldn’t even fit over my son’s shoulders (he’s only about 5’2”). Be warned - don’t by in advance as a gift if you’re not 100% certain about the fit. It’s frustrating that an almost $70 hoodie can’t be used now.
Scam. Purchased item on Dec 12 and as of January 5 I still haven’t received. They will not cancel my order or refund shipping costs ( I paid for 3 day shipping).
