Ship from USA to Kenya Reviews 

Ordered some stuff in November using their website, and I'm yet to receive the package. No communication.

Charged a different fee from the initial one once shipped.
Shipment took a month rather than 2 weeks as stated.
Ignorant customer service.

AVOID.

Please how could I start exporting and importing goods from anda out of my country

Initially when first time I ordered my product and got it delivered to you Fargo address, someone had forgotten to inform me of delivery being arrived and if items were shipped, but I guess this was teething issue and has been rectified, I have just ordered my second delivery and happy to see that I am beinh informed regularly

Very consistent service.They ship out every Monday and though some goods may come repackaged,you get them in one piece.

I used them for the first time and I'm happy with the communication and the use of a help desk where all communication is kep for easier reference

I realized that there is no need to use DHL and pay so much when this company and others like Kentex charge less than 10% of the cost. My trial with this went very well and I'm happy to have received my parcels. Their consolidation is top notch

I appreciate delivery of the packages from USA to Kenya but I was charged for delivery from your warehouse in Eastkeigh to Kimathi Street. This never used to be the case. Not sure why I'm being charged now

They will surely go out of their way to accommodate you as a customer. Had a hard time finding the right packaging materials and I spent about an hour with the US personnel locating the correct packaging materials. It was much needed help

I've had my share of problems with a number of shipping companies. Every shipping company out there will delay a package at one point in time. None is perfect but what I loved most about this one is the way they approach their business. You can tell they're really trying hard to get it right. Keep up with the improvements and of course you'll be better at what you do

Had traveled to the US before all this COVID issue and I've been coming across some nice things I'd love to send home. I shipped some items with these guys and I can back up that they deliver. Charges are just the $13.80 they advertise. They also delivered to my house for Kshs 350

They arranged collection of my shipment from the sellers location since the item could only be picked up. They did this through FedEx Ground and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would have been

They are really great in terms of purchasing on your behalf but if the website doesn't accept their Kenyan credit cards, they'll charge you $5 for every $100 they transfer to the US. It's understandable since I confirmed that's what PayPal charges but I wish it wasn't like that. Amazon purchases were however okay since they seem to accept Kenyan credit cards
