First order from this company

First order from this company, and the last!
Product arrived but upon opening, I noted the inside of lid was contaminated with a black/brown spongy type fungus? I photographed the lid and reached out via email to the company to ask if the product was still safe to use?
They completely ignored me, no reply then or since, this was a few weeks ago. Very disappointed in such total disregard of their customers safety. Product went in the bin so I’ve lost my money.
