The slowest thing in the market

Here's the thing, when it works and the end product is produced, it's really good. However, and this is a huge issue, every time I have to use it to pull messages from clients phones for court, it takes a minimum of 4-8 hours for the "backup" to occur. That's before it can process the data, which also takes hours and I can use it. No client of ours wants to sit in a conference room for 4-8 hours just to grab data off their phone, that is ridiculous! The fact is the only way for this to make sense is ask the client to go the whole day without their phone while the insanely slow process occurs. Like I said, the end product is great, the process is the absolute worse.

A truly professional team!

I had a particularly complex situation which I won't go into.
I'll say that after explaining the situation, the iMazing support team was beyond aMaizing!
They understood the situation and walked me through the entire process, allowing me to recover the data that I had been unable to retrieve from the backup copy.

I traded in an iPhone 14 for an iPhone…

I traded in an iPhone 14 for an iPhone 17 and my first problem was getting rid of the iPhone 14 in your product then I couldn’t get it to work at all after several days. I finally figured out that it was the cable I was using I had a defective cable so I want to especially thank Lucas for his patience and his kindness and helping me solve this problem.

iMazing BackUp on the iMac

I have found this software to be extremely important as it gives a good range of options on the iMac. I have used this for some time and believe it to be a great purchase plus addition to your armoury. There's not much required with apple but this just goes a bit further. Just remember that the encrypted password you used to backup with the Mac apps is the same for this software, I forgot but still think it's worth a purchase.

Imazing : Real intelligence...

I use iMazing from a long time now. I don't use it many times, but I am happy it's there when I use it. The best tool for managing and secure my iPhone my iPad. It give tools that Apple didn't have and it give better tools than some Apple propose.

iMazing is not only practical and easy to use, it also some kind of anti-stress insurance against teachnical misfortune...

I had always needed a piece of software…

I had always needed a piece of software that would allow me to transfer photo's from my two iPhone's and an iPad. I did not know what to get, so I did some searching and came across IMazing. I liked what I read on line and decided to give them a try. I immediately like it. It does everything I wanted to do and more...Thanks to the whole iMazing team for a great product and continued service. Ken Goddard

Lucas was outstanding with his customer…

Lucas was outstanding with his customer care assistance. I didn't have a frame of reference for what iMazing did and had a number of questions about the program and how exactly it would help me with the particular projects I had in mind. Lucas answered all my questions and was enormously helpful. And super nice on top of it.

This product is not i-mazing

This product is not i-mazing. Not i-mazing at all. First of all, it printed out all my text messages in the REVERSE order which made the documentation very difficult to follow. Also, it encrypted the messages, so I can't get back into the data. I followed all the steps, reset settings on my iphone, followed every guide on their help pages, contacted support, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and still can't get into the old backup OR create a new backup. Wherever this encrypted password is, I have no idea, but there's no way to get back into it. It's completely worthless and the customer support was also no help. They kept redirecting me to guides on their website that I had already followed and already explained that I had followed them, and they would provide no further instructions or support to get back into my backups or create new backups. Complete waste of time and money, not to mention the frustration!

I gave support ample opportunities to help me with this issue. They kept redirecting me back to their support pages, which I had already expressed numerous times, failed to help. I followed all the instructions multiple times, and still had the same result. They raised the issue to their next tier of support, and they did the exact same thing. This is the official definition of insanity. Don't waste your money or time on this product. The support team is absolutely incompetent.

For message exports, iMazing includes several display and sorting options — chronological order, reverse order, inclusion or exclusion of attachments, date visibility and more. The exported result will always reflect those settings, so if they weren’t adjusted to match what you intended to document, the output may not align with your expectations.

Regarding the encrypted backup, iOS enforces strict rules once backup encryption has been enabled. The correct password must be entered before any existing or new backup can be accessed. This requirement comes entirely from iOS, and for security reasons there is no alternative workflow; the steps we provide in our guides are the only permitted way to reset or resolve that state.

From what you describe, something in that process remained unresolved, and it’s clear that the guidance you received didn’t allow you to move forward. We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to review your specific case in more depth and identify the exact point of failure.

when you but a license for a phone it…

when you but a license for a phone it is permanent . you cannot buy a new phone and delete the old phone of which you have dispensed. One has to buy a NEW license for the new phone

Wonderfull app/support

The case was raised and promptly acknowledged, with clear action items provided right away to resolve the issue by Michael. The application is incredibly convenient for transferring backups to the iPad, and the overall experience with the app is truly a(i)mazing.
