I have been using iMazing for years to back up my phone. When replacing phones, it allows me to make an encrypted back up, so I can transfer all apps and passwords to the new phone. Today, support reset my license so I could install it on a new computer, since my original computer was terminated without uninstalling the application first.

Before purchasing I emailed support about music transfer. I got a reply in just a couple of hours, which was impressive since I wasn't even a customer. Thinking it would address my issues with iPad to PC music transfer, I purchased iMazing's annual subscription for 10 devices. The transfer went perfect and I no longer have to fear losing priceless family recordings stored solely on my iPad, as they are now also on my PC, backed up, listenable, and also once again working in iTunes. I'm no techie (3 out of 10) but the software was easy and intuitive. I'm very happy and will be using it further to get content off of phones (photos, texts, texts w images). Excellent purchase for me.

This application does a lot, and is easy to use. It backs up Apple devices for free, and does more if you buy in.

I have been using this software for 10 years and still extremely happy with it. I feel it is the best software to move any data to and from your iPhone. I am a proud member of the Iamazing family.

I've had many questions over the years I've used iMazing. Their tech support would respond almost immediately with the clarification I needed and tips on how to resolve my specific issue or the reason why Apple software might not allow the solution I seeked.

The most important thing to me is that I've never lost data and have been able to move several phones and iPads without any issues and with more certainty than using Apple's iCloud.

Always very helpful and quick replies when reaching out for assistance.

The iMazing support team is super responsive and made me feel important and cared for even though I don't subscribe to the most current version of the software. They quickly and effectively explained what options I had to sort out my licensing and activation issues and within just a few days I was up and running and re-activated on both of the key computers I need iMazing available on. Technical service is so fast, I had a issue with my license due to I don’t have my old Mac to reset license device, and they help me so fast
