don't waste your time and money with this company

Avoid at all costs!
This company is only interested in money, not in genuinely helping clients. They unnecessarily prolonged my case, despite even an independent barrister stating there was no need. The judge pointed out that they failed to provide adequate documents, and yet I was pushed into costly and pointless steps — such as witness statements that were completely unnecessary — costing me over £800 in translations and communication.

To make matters worse, they sent me invoices and multiple reminders while I was away over Christmas, charging £25 for each reminder email. For one part of the case, they initially proposed the most expensive barrister (around £3,000) when it only required minor admin work. Only after I questioned it did they agree to someone for £600 — which clearly shows it had no relevance to the case in the first place.

Their so-called “advice” was vague and unhelpful, always pushing for more costs: “we can’t promise anything, but let’s try this and that.” The report was incompetent and nothing was done about it. The outcome I ended up with was worse than before I even started proceedings.

Completely unprofessional, money-driven, and lacking genuine care for clients. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Beware, you will lost all your money and nothing they will do. They will even stop answering phone calls.
Always on holidays.
