received a procedure at this clinic. Everyday I live with regret and am terrified I will never be able to fix the damage Turgut Kayadibi did to my face. He truly is evil

The clinic has ignored me and remains hostile, failed to address the huge scar In the inner corner of my eye.

The doctor placed an incision across my bare forehead skin, with no sensitivity to my anatomy. No attempt to conceal it whatsoever so ever. A year from now a decade from now, no matter how healed like the clinic representative suggested it will always be VERY visible. I have text messages between the clinic and I telling me the scar would be invisible to convince me to go through with the procedure. If I don’t get it revised I will forever have a jagged scar BELOW my hairline.

I don’t understand how any doctor would do this to someone 20 years young.

This doctor should be nowhere near people’s FACES.

I recommend that anyone considering treatment consult multiple providers to determine what is best for their individual needs.

Now it feels like my life is ruined because of one man, all due to greed. Words can’t even describe the amount of pain this has caused me. Please protect yourself from these people. They will rally around the surgeon no matter what he does.

Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at iMed in Istanbul. The doctor made big promises before the procedure, but once it was done, he acted like he didn’t understand or recognize the issues I brought up afterward. If everything goes perfectly, they’re happy to take credit—but if something doesn’t turn out right, they’re quick to distance themselves and offer no real support.

What made things worse was the constant messaging and attention from staff who seemed more focused on treating patients like celebrities than providing genuine care. I didn’t ask to be constantly bothered with photo requests or superficial check-ins—I came for medical treatment, not a social media campaign.

If you’re looking for real professionalism, consistent care, and honest follow-up, I suggest looking elsewhere. I expected support and accountability, but unfortunately, I felt dismissed and frustrated instead.
