iMendMacs were really quick, communicative and efficient. They called or emailed back within the hour, made the steps really clear and explained my options to me on the phone once they'd assessed my laptop. I had a broken screen and dented laptop from a fall, and they replaced the screen, and filed the dent down to prevent it from breaking again, whilst giving me the option to also replace that part of the laptop. I found them so simple and helpful, I'd highly recommend to anyone who needs something sorted quickly and to a high standard.

I heard of iMendMacs on a Podcast "The Mac Show". My daughter's Ipad Mini had stopped charging and the screen was broken. I looked up iMendMacs to find their address. i was a bit disappointed that they were 90 miles from me. As a field service engineer i had the opportunity to be near. so I took the iPad to iMendMacs. I was greeted courteously and professionally all my worries about leaving an iPad with a company I knew very little about was diminished. The iPad was repaired and restored to good as new condition. great company to do business with.

Excellent service on my 27" iMac where the SSD had failed. Arranged collection and had good communication throughout (even when I probably had annoying questions). Very happy and my daily workhorse is now running as if it was fresh out of the box again.

Great speed of diagnosis and repair - would highly recommend

My 2007 iMac was running decidedly slow. Found this
company via Google search, phoned, and received an
immediate diagnosis. Decided to have them repair it, so
it was collected and updated with a 500gb SSD, and
a hardware service. On return the machine ran very well,although I had a problem using Numbers. With the help of their software engineer, I am now fully back to normal.

I had no idea what to do with my old and broken MacBook Pro until it was suggested that I take it to iMend Macs. A speedy, efficient and completely fuss-free service at a reasonable price and a warranty too. I’m grateful and will definitely recommend.

Apple were not too interested in repairing a 2015 MacBook Air after a slight water spill judging by the quote they gave us! It was very good to find iMendMacs who do take an interest in repairing Macs. The computer had suffered two faults - one on the motherboard and one on the dc board which resulted in no battery charge. The faults were diagnosed quickly and were also repaired very quickly and for much less than Apple quoted. The staff were first class with full progress reports on email as we went along and took time to explain the issues. The computer repair is also guaranteed for 6 months - twice as long as Apple would offer. I was fortunate to live in Birmingham and iMendMacs were happy to let me drop off the machine directly to them - and pick it up after repair - but they also have good arrangements via their web site for people further afield. The machine has been fine since the repair with no data loss and overall I am very pleased to recommend iMendMacs - first class service and good to have hardware back up for Apple products at more sensible prices than Apple themselves - Apple are lovely machines to use but Apple really prefer you to buy another when repairs are needed past 5 years old it seems, which is wasteful.

Great professional service. Unbiased objective advice and clear communication. Under promised and over delivered on repair time which was a real surprise and greatly appreciated. My MacBook Pro is working - virtually - like new. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or highly recommend.
