This was my first time ordering from Immaculate Vegan although I have been aware of and visited the website on numerous occasions.
I had to return the item I ordered but the whole process from initial order to return is very efficient. I would definitely use again and hope to order soon!

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry for the delay you experienced with your refund.
We can confirm that your return was delivered to the brand’s warehouse on January 21st and, once the item was received and checked by them, your refund has now been fully processed.
As a marketplace working directly with independent brands, refunds are issued once a return has been logged and inspected by the brand, which in this case took longer than expected as they process returns in batches. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this wait would have been, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Disappointed with the boots
Disappointed with the boots, they looked and felt plastic, really hard material. Sent them back and had to send two emails chasing a refund.
I am disappointed to be writing this review as I really wanted to like them and the company
