They refuse to payout winnings or reply to emails.

Luckily, I only deposited a small amount and winnings of approx. £230 are not being paid.

Stay away.

I had an withdrawl that i got after 3 days was delay due to tehnical issue ,understand ,after in the same day o got it i requested anothe 350 ,they said again to wait up to 24h ,then second day again they need more time to verify ,then the 3rd day today 26th they say tehnical issue again like the first time evry day they say diffrent thinks, i will have to think again if i want to make another deposit because each time you want ur winnings it seems to be a problem all the time ,so not sure why they dont say to the ppl take up to 72h to process,but when u ask they day tehnical issue ,hope they give me my withdrawl

Their sister website Ybets blocked me for the below unfair reasons:

They blocked $4,000 of winnings on 1 July due to KYC but it's 25 days and counting with no verification. However, they allowed $250 withdrawal on 24 July. This site is a total scam, please, please, please avoid.

I threatened legal action and they closed my account within minutes!

Following closure of my Ybets account, I received notification my Immerion account was closed due to a 'management decision' minutes later.

Immerion are holding $7,500 of my winnings.

In total, $11,500 is being unfairly held across Immerion and their sister site Ybets.

Update: As you can see from the reply from Immerion, they give no details as to why they are holding my funds and just say account closed due to 'management/admin decision' without no explanation or release of my funds.
